Service was okay, the reception didn’t mention anything about the hotel facilities when we checked in, they basically just handed over the room key, and that was it.

The young guy didn’t get his name was very rude and a liar went to check in told me the room wasn’t ready and would call me when it was available. I waited with my family until 5 pm didn’t receive a call back from him finally went to check if the room was available and still he kept being rude but overall we will never be coming back here again.

Typical Hampton Inn and Suites, although it was very noisy. Seems like the walls were very thin.

Staff was great but my room abutted the gym and people started working out at 6 am dropping weights made it hard to sleep! There were also 8 to 10 work trucks and they took 2 parking spots each leaving no room for guests they have to park on the street! There was a huge homeless population around the hotel area not real safe!

This is a very clean and well run hotel. Excellent breakfast. We felt the $75/day pet fee was a bit excessive.

We were in town for basketball and the kids had a blast on the pool the room was clean and cozy the staff were always so nice and helpful. We will go back.
