“Nice little motel in the heart of Key West”

The motel had a nice feel. The rooms were clean and modern, though a touch cramped. The pool and other amenities were nice and well maintained. The staff was helpful.

Please don't tell anyone how wonderful the staff, location, lounge chairs, beds and services are at the Orchid Key Inn. I want to keep it all to myself! Renovated motor lodge in the heart of Old Town Key West provides a comfortable, relaxed place to explore Key West from. Do not stay here if you want the Marriott. Go to the Marriott if that is what you want; this is a renovated 25 (?) room little motel and is sooooo cute, small and old school yet the reno leaves it deco and clean. The staff are super helpful and the litttle bar by the pool was perfect. Snacks in the AM and with the happy hour, great mixed drinks tons of suggestions of where to go eat/see/do from Brandon and Mike. THANKS and A+. I will be back.

“Perfect”

Perfect hotel right on Duval street. Staff was excellent and hotel was spotless. Far enough from the crowds but close enough to walk everywhere.

“Great place to stay in Key West”

Great location in Key West, convenient to everything. Small boutique hotel with breakfast, a martini bar, wine tasting and excellent, friendly concierge service. Pool is in the center of lovely landscaped courtyard. Quiet (though you can still hear the roosters). Great, contemporary decor- you feel pampered. The only non-perfect thing is the bed was too soft for us. Everything the staff (Kim) suggested was spot on and we had a great time.

“Loved it”

Spend 4 nights at the Orchid Key and didn't want to leave. Conveniently located on Duval street but quiet and relaxing at the hotel. Friendly staff that is very helpful. Loved the relaxing pool area and free breakfast in the morning. Will be going back for sure.

“Great Place”

Spent six nights at the Orchid Key and enjoyed every minute.This 50's former motel is now a charming first rate boutique hotel but with still a hint of 'days gone by'. Premises immaculate and staff friendly and you even get a continental breakfast and happy hour drinks included.We last visited Key West 25 years ago,it was great then and although it has gone upmarket it is still a great and unique place to go and hang out.

“Perfect location for a visit to Key West.”

Stayed for 3 nights. This hotel is really more like a 5 star motel room. Room was a bit on the small side but with every possible need cartered for. There is not a lot of storage space but usually stays are quite short in this area. Adequate for our needs. Would recommend.

“A beautiful oasis in the middle of the party”

The Orchid in far exceeded expectations. We live in Ft. Lauderdale and frequently travel to the keys. We have stayed in some real dumps in the past. This hotel was excellent and we will book there again. It was very clean and the staff was pleasent. It is located within walking distance of the main attractions and party places in Key West, however when you enter into the courtyard of the hotel it is like a peaceful oasis. The pool area is well maintained and landscaped giving a peaceful tranquil area to escape from the party on the streets. We Loved this hotel.
