The room is separate from the hotel services. (it was 3 blocks away) It would have been fine expect we didn't receive any services. The room was dirty. It was a nice set up with a kitchen and close to the beach. I was just expecting more for the $200 a night I paid.

Pros: Location is pretty good... not on the strip, but one block back.-
Cons: Put an address of the main office on the sign and tell people when they book that check-in is not on-site.
Location: Hollywood Beach duh
This hotel is part of the Hollywood Beach Resort network. They have a collection of these small off the strip locations. We found our location and then had to call the main office and walk 3 blocks to get to the office only to find out the room wasn't ready. It was 1PM and check-in was guaranteed for 3PM, so I asked them to call me when the room was ready. Around 3:30 PM I received the call and walked to the room to meet a carrier pigeon with the key. When we checked the room, it seemed fairly clean but there were no sheets on the bed. Eventually they just gave me a key and promised the room would be ready shortly. This is a sketchy place run by an organization that is clearly out of control. The strange thing is that price was high enough ($200/night) that you would expect decent service.

Pros: One block from Hollywood beach The AC and TV was working
Reception four blocks away. Hadn´t it been for other guests we wouldn´t found it. The room stank insekicides!! Breakfast 4 blocks away, toast with jelly, Liptons teabag. Parkingplaceview from bedroom Tidy when we came but no cleaning for 4 days

Natasha was great! Even though we had some trouble with the A/C in our room she was very accommodating and helpful with all our needs.
