Nothing bad to report. The latch on the screen door came apart so mentioned it to front desk and it was fixed or replaced with in the hour. Awesome response time in my opinion. The ladies at the front desk have helped us with a couple other things that I think makes them exceptional employees. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a good place to stay. 👍👍

Very spacious rooms, exceptional customer service, warm vibes! Definitely my new favourite place to stay in fort mcmurray with competitive rates, snacks, grade selection of beverages, and quality breakfast, as far as hotel breakfast goes best variety I’ve even thus far. Thank you thank you all for the wonderful experience I will be visiting Franklin Inn and Suites again
