Great place
We had a wonderful stay in this facility. Everything was great, except some of the neighbors in the Pine Ridge area were crabby and complained of us bringing fruit and drinks to the pool. After speaking with property management they said we were totally fine. In the future the property may want to suggest to owners to be a little more courteous to people visiting

Wonderful experience
Loved this property and renting from Platinum Vacations of Destin. The condo was spacious and beautiful and well situated right next to the pool. The large, 6-seater golf cart was fun and perfect for getting around for the full Sandestin experience. The property manager was also very responsive to any concerns. I would rent this place again.

Great getaway!
This was a great property for us and the other 2 couples to celebrate 2020 leaving and ring in 2021!! So nice for each couple to have their own bathroom. Great seating to watch the ballgames and a wonderful view outside. The open plan was very, very nice!! We’ve already discussed coming back with the family.

We absolutely loved this little villa. The house itself is small but the rooms are really big and the bathrooms too! More than enough space for a big family. The golf cart is a huge plus, makes riding to the beach fast and easy. Would definitely book again!

Stay was pretty great! The location was a very clean look in neighborhood. The neighbors who live there were very friendly and informative. I agree with another review I had read before our trip in that having a little binder with information such as codes for the pool and rules for the gulf cart or typical things near us that were fun to do would have been great. Also, the carpets in every room could benefit from being changed out. It looks like it’s time! it’s Other than that, the place was very spacious (3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms) which I thought was incredible! The view of the gulf course was nice with a little sitting area where you could eat lunch or breakfast if you wanted to. Overall the place was clean and I would come back in a heartbeat!
