"First of all, this is a condo in a luxury building. The building is beautiful. If you want to feel secure, this is the place. There are guards at every entrance and they must buzz you in AND OUT. The whole property is surrounded by a glass wall. The building is called Landscape Fortaleza. I would guess that this unit has been a rental for some time, given the condition. "Very comfortable studio apartment with a washer/dryer in the unit. Pool was great for the visiting family children, kitchen well equipped for preparing some fine meals, valet parking always prompt. Will be my go to place while in Fortaleza"
