The Main Suite of Bella Manor is located in the front portion of the home and boasts fabulous soaring ceilings, exposed beams and rock work and spacious living areas. Imported from Portugal, antique front doors open into the beautiful entry with candlelit fireplace with a large flat screen television above. Guests will appreciate the exquisite furnishings throughout, from the beautiful curved sofa in the den to the massive carved wooden beds in each bedroom. The two downstairs bedrooms offer a king size bed with luxurious linens, a flat screen TV with cable selections and a private bath. The front bedroom's en suite bathroom boasts a claw foot tub, separate shower, and his-and-her vanities.
The suite also includes a full kitchen and an attached east-facing sunroom which has a queen size sleeper sofa. Overlooking the beautiful den is a third loft-style bedroom offering two twin beds, a flat screen television and a private bath with a claw foot tub. This bedroom is accessed from an outside staircase.

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

Perfect venue
My 5 friends and I spent a weekend and the location was absolutely perfect! We were able to enjoy the hot tub and had plenty of room to gather in the kitchen and both sitting areas. Main Street is super close and that was very convenient. There was a maintenance issue with the refrigerator and some burned out lights in the loft. The very friendly maintenance man came quickly after I called and took care of our issues. I would definitely stay here again!

Our friends and I had a great stay in this beautiful home. It was nice and clean, cool and spacious. Outdoor area was also nice but too hot this time to use outdoor fire pit or hot tub. Thanks for a great stay. Will be back!

Good location and property. Not “super clean” when we checked in. Floor, kitchen counters and master bath needed a little attention. We cooked a few meals at the house. Kitchen knives were dull as well as the potato peeler. Peeler was unable to peel a cucumber. WiFi was weak and the tv would frequently pause for a minute or two. This got a little old. If they could address these issues, it would greatly enhance the experience.

Good location but still ended up driving to Main St. due to heat and dropping off purchases so we don't have to carry them everywhere. Hot tub was dirty and mold on the ceiling. Cookware had old food in it. Needs a little attention but overall nice.

The power was out in half of the house. It was a problem the entire stay. We had no air conditioning for the last night. There was no closet to hang up your clothes. The dresser doesn’t work. The toilets don’t flush. One of the rooms is outside and upstairs. The windows upstairs don’t close.

The house was very tastefully decorated and was very charming. We had three couples and it would have been absolutely perfect for two couples. The third bedroom and bathroom upstairs are just too not accommodating for adults, there isn’t a shower or and it is set up for twin beds.

Beautiful, unique property w/ convenient location
Enjoyed a quick get-away to Fredricksburg and this place was perfect for 2 couples. Two king beds with en suite baths, spacious kitchen that was well appointed, and a lovely patio. Best of all, it is super-convenient to downtown Fredericksburg - only a short walk. Parking was great too, right in front of the home. Only quibble is that the hot tub apparently is for use for ALL the rental units there, not just the main house. (the listing said private hot tub) Thus, it was occupied by our gregarious neighbors in the evening, which is right outside our living area. I would recommend clarifying that in the description. Besides that, it was absolutely perfect.
