Perfect little house
This was a perfect little house that was close enough to the strip and hidden away from any traffic. We loved how up to date the entire house was and the amount of room we had in and outside of it. There was plenty of room for parking and the privacy fence made it feel like there was nothing else around you. We happened to come on a weekend that it rained every night, so we enjoyed hours of playing dominoes with our friends in the open living room. Thank you so much for providing this perfect little house for a very relaxing weekend.

Wonderful Vacation in a Delightful Home
We couldn't have been happier with our stay. Christine made sure we got settled and answered questions quickly via texts. The home was clean and just remarkably cute. Hill Country Gem
Absolutely wonderful! The cottage is very clean, well appointed, quiet, relaxing and extremely comfortable. It is an easy drive or walk into Fredericksburg and easy access to other hill country attractions. The host are friendly and accommodating. The kitchen is well appointed if you would like to prepare a few of your own meals. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and couldn't have picked a better place! Highly recommend the spacious cottage and the excellent hosts.

Beautiful, fully stocked cottage
Christine was the absolute best! We arrived 10:30pm and she met us at the property. Very pleasant. Home had all of the special little touches. Fresh eggs were in the refrigerator as well as jam for a wonderful breakfast. Two beers and frozen glasses were also available. Several hens and a rooster would rush to the gate every time that we left. Excellent and welcoming atmosphere. This will be our go to any time that we’re in Fredericksburg. Hope that it’s available. Only downside was trying to lock the door when leaving.

Little Slice of Heaven
The Dandelion Haus was a little slice of heaven! We would stay again! Homeowners Christine and Michael went the extra mile with their beautifully decorated and very clean home. We enjoyed fresh eggs, bottled water, cozy blankets, and a peaceful time simply sitting on the back porch. Christine was so sweet, kind, thoughtful and accommodating. This is a must stay property that is very close to Main Street in Fredericksburg!

What a fantastic home with all the amenities you would need and a quick drive to downtown Fredricksburg where you have tons to do. Owners went above and beyond and could not have been nicer. The property was immaculate. The pictures in the posting do not do it justice. It is in a quiet neighborhood and we were able to relax and enjoy the surrounding area. The kitchen was very well equipped for “eating in” if you chose. We are looking forward to a return stay at Dandelion Haus.

Hidden gem!!!
The Dandelion Haus was an unexpected treat! The pictures online don’t do it justice. This property is perfect for a couple wanting a Fredericksburg getaway, but who don’t necessarily want to stay downtown. Super easy check-in, all amenities provided, and very updated and clean throughout. We will definitely return!

Perfect for a weekend getaway!
My husband and I stayed at the Dandelion Haus for a long weekend getaway. It was our first time to go on a trip since we had our third child 6 months ago and it was really great. Christine (owner) was so cordial and responsive. She even left us fresh eggs in the fridge. The house was perfect for two people - it's situated behind the owner's home (there's distance between the two). It has it's own alley entrance and it's only a short drive to the main street. The house itself was so nice - clean, pretty, stylish, and comfortable. I really enjoyed staying here and will do so again next time we come to Fredericksburg, should it be available.

Cozy, charming, peaceful stay
Thus is a cute home about a 5 minute drive from downtown Fredericksburg. The owners have put a lot of effort into this place and the result is a very clean, modern looking home. The owners are super friendly and responsive. The fresh eggs and local beer in the fridge was a pleasant surprise! On our next trip to Fredericksburg, this is where we will stay!

Dandy Indeed!
When researching places to stay in Texas Hill Country, Dandelion Haus met our criteria: comfortable seating inside/outside; no pets/smoking; fully stocked kitchen; washer/dryer; internet/wifi; light and airy interior/hard surface flooring; walk in shower/no steps. We read all the reviews and agree with the Exceptional comments. The cottage is clean, attractively decorated and stocked with every thing you could possibly need, plus, fresh eggs from the yard birds. High lights of our Hill Country visit included: seeing an abundance of roadside wild flowers and especially 100 acres of blue bonnets at Mule Shoe Bend; visiting Becker, Spicewood and Pedernales wineries; searching for Golden Cheeked Warblers at Balcones NWLR; hearing music and stories at Luckenbach; shopping at the Farmer’s Market; eating pie at Blue Bonnet Cafe in Marble Falls and ribs at Coopers Pit BBQ in Llano. We had a grand time and hope to return. We are grateful to our hosts, Christine and Michael for sharing the Dandelion Haus. Tom & Margo April 2023

What an amazing place! It is nestled in a quiet neighborhood, minutes away from Main Street. Michael and Christine were so hospitable and the guest house was exactly as depicted online, complete with fresh eggs in the fridge! We felt so at home, we did not want to leave.
