Marvelous Mistletoe
The home was just lovely. Had all the amenities we needed. Bed was very comfortable. Loved reading about the history of the home. If we return to Fredericksburg, we would definitely look into staying there again.

Great Property Within Easy Walking Distance of Main St.
The property was very clean and charming. The beds and furnishings were very comfortable. It is in a very nice neighborhood and it is an easy 5-minute walk to Main St. We don't like to cook when we're on vacation, but the kitchen appeared to be well stocked for those who like to cook and eat in. It had a Keurig stocked with k-cups and plenty of cups for our morning coffee. It has a nice front porch and a screened-in back porch. Additionally, there is a nice sitting area with patio furniture in the backyard. The upstairs bedroom had multiple drawers built into the walls for storage. The ceilings upstairs are sloped. I am 5' 8" and my wife is shorter. I did bump my head a couple of times on the ceiling, but it wasn't an issue for us. Additionally, the shower ceiling is sloped. For me and my wife, it was not an issue. For someone taller than 6' 2", it might be an issue. However, the downstairs bathroom has no height limitations. Overall, a very nice property and we enjoyed our stay.

Mistletoe house and the holidays
Very nice place and great location. Neat. Awesome backyard space. Christmas parade occurred during our stay and the only advice to add is do not cross Main Street to watch, sit on the house side as the parade doubles back and you get to enjoy it twice from the other side of the street. Also the table setting is for two only.

Perfect Home Away from Home!
My husband and I stayed at Mistletoe house with our best friends. Absolutely everything was perfect. We left our car behind and strolled all over Fredericksburg! We found everything we needed to prepare our own meals in the kitchen, and we took full advantage of the outdoor seating to enjoy wine with our friends! Two notes: 1) The stairs to the second bedroom might pose a problem for someone with joint issues. 2) There's not a table indoors that seats 4 people. I loved this house so much that I took pictures of some of the features to incorporate into my own home!

Great Location!
Clean older home with a long traditional staircase to the upstairs. The home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood with lots of deer! They come right into the backyard. This home is walking distance to Antique shops and several restaurants. The famous German Bakery is only two blocks away - yum!

This property was really cute and a great location! We had a great time, love the separation of the downstairs bedroom and upstairs bedroom, we went with our friends and never felt awkward coming out of room or restroom with others in house.

Charming, clean, convenient.
Staying at Mistletoe was perfect. All I can say is wow. I hope for above minimum expectations, but these owners have gone above and beyond. The decor was lovely. There were plenty of towels, soaps, and dishes. Two blocks from downtown but quiet. And it was immaculate. The owners maintain the house as if they live there. It is not too much to ask for a rental to be dusted once in a while in addition to basic cleaning, and these owners obviously do. The temperature got down to a low of 8 degrees one night but we stayed warm and cozy. It was a really nice stay.

Perfect for our weekend away
We really enjoyed Mistletoe House! We felt like we were close enough to Main Street (2 blocks) and MarketPlatz (about 1.5 blocks) but far enough so that things were peaceful and relaxing. We loved sitting on the porch drinking some newly purchased wine from Fredericksburg Winery. We were able to walk just about everywhere and didn't have to worry about parking. Definitely would recommend!

This house is so stinkin cute!!! It is small but the bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious enough for 2. The kitchen is nice and tidy! They have soda and water in the fridge and coffee available.. It is so clean I didn't even see a stray hair! The only weird part is you can’t charge your phone in either bedroom - so if you use your phone at night bring a really long cord and plug down the hall. We use ours for white noise and I have a 6+ foot cord and plugged it in the bathroom and it Reached to the nightstand. We would stay again!!
