Hotel did not honor purchase of one-bedroom condo

Cons: Honor the reservation that was paid for.
I paid for a one-bedroom condo for myself, husband and two minor children (ages 11 and 12). When I arrived instead we were given two studio condos that were separated. That meant that Either my husband and I had to stay separately or have two minor children sleep unsupervised. As we paid alot of money to be a family, one family member slept on the tile floor, one slept on the couch and two in bed. Each day we asked for our one-bedroom condo which we finally received on day 5 of our 7 day trip. The resort has refused to provide a refund or any voucher. I cannot recommend this resort since they will not honor the reservation nor provide any refund or voucher.

Nice, but you serve yourself

Checked in at 11 PM. We couldn't even get a drink. There are no soft drink machines. Had to wait until the next day to walk across the street to the sister hotel to get some drinks and snacks. To our surprise that store was closed on Sunday. Everyone was very friendly. Restaurant doesn't open until 8 AM. We had to be somewhere at 8:30. That was problematic. OK place, just be prepared to fend for yourself a bit.
