"Everything about the rental was great! The check-in process was easy, the house was as described in the listing, had everything we needed, and was just a short walk to Salisbury University (we were in town to check out the college and surrounding area). The neighborhood was quiet, there was a TV in each room and a few games and books for guests. We would not hesitate to rent this property again!"

"House was very clean and exactly what was listed. There will be a hot tub there soon and I know this because it was delivered during my stay lol. Had a little trouble getting in touch with the property owner but other than that it was a pleasure staying at this house for it was 7 mins from where I needed to be for the weekend. Will be looking for this listing in the future if travel back to same place."

"I did not find many listings in or near Salisbury so I naturally assumed that the bar would be low when we got to this house. This rental is in one of the nicer neighborhoods in Salisbury. It's beautiful country, there was a great "lake feel" to the place that made you feel more remote than you actually were. Will stay here again and I would recommend others as well."

"Had a great weekend at this property. Secluded location. The game room was a lot of fun and the hot tub was very relaxing. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is because the grill was rusted out, dirty, and unusable. Not really a big problem if we had known prior, but we bought a lot of food for grilling which went to waste. Overall, would totally book again."

"We could tell this was a newly renovated house and that was nice but it's not quite ready for a large number of guests. Bathrooms were nice and there were plenty of towels but both upstairs bedrooms need tables and chairs - not one of each per room. The place sleeps 5-8 but there is only a little table with 2 seats. Nice that snack trays are provided but the cleaning service should be told to clean them. Also the kitchen needs a few items - mugs/cups for coffee - That should be a basic. How...

"Even though the home is a little outdated with furnishings it was clean and had plenty of room. The property is large and you do need a car to drive to the beach area due to the bugs being extremely bad in the woods. We were not able to find access to the private pond to fish, the area was overgrown. Overall this was set back in a quiet location and no one bothered us. We appreciated the use of their home while we visited local family."
