"While the accommodation is slightly outside the city centre, this turned out to be a positive - we were able to see parts of Galway while walking which we would never have seen otherwise. The staff are lovely and conscientious, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay"
"Very nice location. Bus stop basically on property and promenade was right across the street. Easy walk to pubs and casino but bus was nice to get to the main part of town. Good bar food and nice to have drinks available on property. Used the pool area which was nice. "
"Location was perfect for a city stay. Easy walking distance to everything we needed and enjoy a night in Galway. Very clean and well stocked apartment. Easy check in/out."
"Very good hotel with good selection of food and drinks . Plenty of room in the common areas for kids . Great breakfast
Would recommend this hotel highly "
"Very comfortable bed with everything we needed in the room like a full coffee/Tea station along with a fridge. Lots of pillows and really quiet. Great parking downstairs and the chocolates were a lovely touch…could eat them daily ;0)"
"Very clean. Beds very comfortable. Area perfect. No issues. Just the location wasn't as close as some people may like. Cab around €9-€11 but that's the only bad thing. Which is minor. But will definitely be staying there again. Definitely recommend it. Especially a group of people."

"We had great service here. We got to Galway early and they stored our bags for us. Our room was ready relight at check in. Room was exactly as stated. We checked out early and went on a tour and again they held our bags for the day. "
"We had an amazing 2 night stay here! Great location to Quay St (restaurants and bars) and river view from our rooms. Only downside was the parking garage was so incredibly small and tight to maneuver. "
