"Overall we really enjoyed the stay. Everyone had plenty of space to spread out. The parking was very difficult so you may want to consider Uber to get around. My only negative comment would be that the pull out beds/mats are very dirty and need replaced. My daughter decided to sleep on the couch instead"

"Our family of 3 enjoyed our stay here. It was clean, well stocked, and close to the train, with delicious sandwich options in every direction. The Nintendo, skee ball, and Pac Man were a fun bonus too!"

"Beautiful house with plenty of space for a family of any size to relax and spend time with each other. One of the safest areas to of Philly to stay with nice neighbors all around. The host communicates very which gives me a piece of mind when getting all the booking details. Parking is competitive I suggest to come early."

I had trouble getting information because I did not download VRBO APP, also had trouble with door lock, instructions for door lock did not match the lock on the door. Owner was available and helpful. Beds are very comfortable. Nice place"

"Incredible weekend with Friends and this location was a perfect fit for 4 old college mates who were at our annual pilgrimage to the Penn Relays.Very well stocked wiith everything you'd need for your stay. Definitely walking distance to the many sites you need to see in Philly! Irina, our host, was absolutely sensational and her responses were timely and spot on to any request. We will return for sure! "Girls trip to Philly was made even more special by staying at this property. Central location, great neighborhood. It was cold so we took Lyft or Uber most of the time, however in warmer, less rainy weather could have easily walked to restaurants and bars. Checking in and out was easy and Kevin was quick to respond to my questions. Would highly recommend this property to my friends and family."

"This apartment was spacious and in a great neighborhood. It was clean and had enough bedrooms for a small group. A few critiques: -Toilet and faucet very loose in guest bathroom -Shower head fell off in master bathroom -Broken stair banisters with sharp corners -The night before we were due to check out, we were informed check-out time would be an hour earlier; didn't see the message until the next morning; would appreciate a text/call when earlier time expected"

"The house is very spacious and is great for a gathering of family and friends. The upstairs bedroom (obviously formerly a den) lacks sufficient lighting and curtains are missing on 3 windows (the room is ground level and faces the driveway / walkway). The lighting throughout the house is insufficient and some overhead light bulbs are burned out. The host was very pleasant and responsive to emails."

"We pulled up to the neighborhood in the early evening and oh my it was not a safe place. We stayed the first night with few options to leave so late. The kitchen sink hot water was not hot and the dishes were not clean in the cabinets. We witnessed illicit activity on the street outside. Also there was people screaming and shining lights in windows all night. We obviously did not feel safe to stay and left terrified in the morning. Not a place to stay with children or if you value your vehicle...

"This place was exactly what we needed! Perfect size, accommodations were great, the complimentary breakfast was fantastic. Could have been a little more squeaky clean for me, but you cannot beat the price."

"I had a great time here! The property was better than advertised. I had a friend / family group of 10 and everyone enjoyed the spacious floor plan and multiple floors for privacy. The host made things very clear in the preparation email and my stay went well with 0 issues thanks to the clear directions. Surrounding streets could be nicer lol but overall the experience was great there are multiple restaurants and Casino within walking distance. "

"This was a great alternative to a hotel, in a very good Center City location. The place was clean and mostly well-appointed, but they need better blackout shades in the bedroom and somewhere to put your clothes that isn’t the floor—a shelf or two in the huge closet."
