We reserved while driving to our destination. Once we got there we weren’t aware of the process… It took us 25 minutes to subscribe, send pictures of oursevelves and complete the four steps.. Once we got in the room , the first things we saw were the earplugs and a white noise machine. We did not expect that they are mandatory. Even with them, it was just impossible to sleep before 1:30am. It seems that in Philly people like to scream like all the time… but the worst was the guitar player.. There was a below average guitarist who played the same exact solo from 9;30pm to 1:00 am. I don’t know if he was hired by a bar next to the hotel or that he was a street performer but it was simply the worst experience ever. I think that he bought his amp from Nigel Tufnel because it sounded like if he was a few feet from My bed.. I guess that I would never go back with my family; maybe with a few friends to party because the room is huge!

The unit was clean and modern. Open style layout and plenty of space. My only con is that they need a parking garage or partner with a local garage for their guests.

It is pretty accurate to the pictures. It was clean and stocked with all the items you will need. They make it easy to restock if you need to with a cabinet full of items for your room. We stayed four nights two of which were a weekend and it gets pretty loud with nearby bars at night but they provided a white noise machine and ear plugs. We did need to use this on a Friday night so the kiddos could sleep. The Sonder is walking distance to many sighseeing places, easy for transportation. Check in and check out is contactless, you do everything through an app that you download. All of the instructions are sent to you the day of check in. It was pretty safe with someone available 24 hours. You use your code for entry into the building and to your room. Only thing that could improve for me is to offer housekeeping. I always enjoy coming back to a hotel when you are on vacation with a freshly made bed, instead we had to take care of all that, which was fine but on the site when booking it indicated housekeeping was available upon request and when I clicked that icon on the app to request it, it indicated "service not available at this time". Other than that, we are pretty happy with our stay. We would recommend this place. Can't comment on parking, we did not use that service.

We wasn’t able to locate parking at midnight when we arrived. It would be helpful to give a GPS address to a couple of the closest parking lots. We actually ended up going to another hotel the first night and finding parking and our room the following morning. That was really frustrating. Had there been a GPS address for a nearby parking garage that would not have happened. Once we were there the following day, the room and accommodations were fantastic.

I would not stay at this location again. Its in a tough area with numerous bars and all night noise, partying and cars revving up and down the street. The Sonder Ovation is less convenient to walk in downtown, but much quieter

Overall, we loved the property. It is down a narrow street though, and the only view from our room were the HVAC units. The room was clean and looked realy nice. However, the pull out sofa bed was missing springs, so could not be used.

Studio was very clean and loved that it had coffee and tea available for the morning. There is a person at the front desk and feels safe. No parking on the streets, but there’s a parking garage close by.

My family enjoyed the "apartment-like" style versus regular hotel room accommodations. Located within walking distance to all local attractions. It was also very quiet even though reviewer suggested otherwise. We stayed in the one bedroom suite and I wish there was a second tv in the bedroom.

Staying at the Sonder Witherspoon was an amazing experience. The room felt like a trendy apartment straight out of a magazine! I can’t go back and to stay at Sonders in other cities as well.

We had an awesome stay! The apartment was big enough for my son and me, it had all the amenities we needed, and it’s in a great location. One thing I wish was made more clear is that the night life can get very loud. We were on the 11th floor and it was still a disruption on the weekend. They provide ear plugs in the room but it didn’t help.

Stayed here to get away with my partner to try a new location and explore. A lot of accessible dining nearby. Hotel was very accommodating after I reported some damages in the bathroom they were able to relocate me with no problem. Definitely would recommend this place to others!
