"It is a really fabulous historic building that has been restored to it's former glory. The apartment is on the upper floor and covers the whole floor. So it is latge and comfortable with a small backyard looking balcony. We really enjoyed our stay. A backery is just around the corner and downtown Elmshorn just a few minute walk away. The Hosts are very friendly and welcoming and accommodating. Could not have asked for better hosts. We loved it!"

"The house was as described, clean, easy to access to nearest towns. It was about 45 to 50 minutes to Hamburg. They had a lovely cat which treated as on our arrival and when we left. The house is on the river which made our holiday superb. We had our tea every morning in the garden. The house was warm, had a great bath and a modern kitchen."

"Wir waren sehr zufrieden, Herr Fennell hat uns persönlich empfangen und hat uns noch ein Kleinkinderbett aufgestellt. Ein sehr ruhig gelegenes Haus, direkt in der Natur. Im Ferienhaus war alles soweit vorhanden was man braucht, netterweise auch viele Kleinigkeiten. Leider hatten wir noch etwas beim checkout vergessen. Der Vermieter gab sofort bescheid und hat es sofort noch per Post zugeschickt. Sehr sehr nett!!! Vielen Dank an dieser Stelle noch einmal!"
