"Idyllic and amazing"
Pelican Beach is simple, lovely, charming and right on the water. The food is far better than anything you'll find in an all-inclusive on West Caicos. The rooms are clean, simple and have air con. It's not luxurious, it's a place to go when you want to disconnect and just relax. You can walk the beach in either direction and see almost nobody else. That was appealing to us.

"Expected better"
We spend 5 nights at the Parrot Cay by Como as a couple, and enjoyed very much the attention to detail, food and friendliness of the staff. Our room ( 603) was very old, the mattresses and furniture, as well, as the bathroom are in urgent need of replacement, never mind the AC which was loud, so loud that even the handyman could not fix it. We did expected at a price like this that this would have been more updated. The luxe towels and bedsheets did not make up a price tag like this. Families with children are at a loss of entertainment, and with a wellness concept it can get very irritating when you have suddenly 3-4 children (10-13) playing soccer in front of your pool chairs..... with parents who think just because they pay thousands of Dollars they brood can take over a quiet place. Don't understand me wrong, we are parents too!

"Peaceful Paradise!"
My boyfriend and I had an amazing week stay here at the Blue Haven Resort! We couldn't have asked for a better place. The rooms and facilities were all modernly designed which made for a very comfortable and luxurious mood. We loved the private beach, which sometimes felt like it was all our own due to the off season. The staff was all very friendly and provided great suggestions for places to go and things to do in Provo- Keisha, Ramona, Michael and Damon to name a few. We ate breakfast at the outdoor Fire & Ice restaurant every morning, which was an amazing way to start the day, beautiful beach views and great food. We ventured off to the sister resort, Alexandra, one day but decided we liked the exclusivity and serenity of the Blue Haven much better. We wanted authentic island food so we went to a local favorite, Froggies and loved it! The food was amazing. We also had couples massages at the spa at Blue Haven, and those were perfect too. On Wednesday we did an all day boat snorkeling tour and afternoon BBQ which we definitely reccommend, ours was Island Vibes. The only thing we didn't enjoy was jet skiing, the water was far too rough and the experience was not enjoyable at all. We ended our hour long ride 20mins early because it was so unbearable. Thursday Fish Fry is a must! All in all our trip to TCI was perfect. We will certainly be back again, next time in season, as lobster was not available any where and even considered illegal if you were caught eating it!

"Good Stay"
I am a business traveler. Stayed in many resort hotels in Provo. The Carib is very clean, quiet and isolated from the sounds and light from the busy Grace Bay area. Located on Leeward Highway near the Leeward end. But only a few short minutes via car to heart of Grace Bay. While not a resort - the accommodations were very suitable for my business travel. The staff was very pleasant and friendly and the two room suite was ideal for two travelers.

"My Stay at Ocean Club Resort"
I took your daughter on a "girl's trip" to Turks and Caicos. It was a last minute change from Maui to Provenviales; so I was lucky to find a resort on Grace Bay. It wasn't our type of resort. We are used to Luxurious accommodations and this resort is not that. It is very, very dated.... The bath tub had rust near the drain ( which creeped us out), the patio furniture was old and sticky ( yuck), even though the room was clean there was a funny smell ) mostly because it is an old property that hasn't been renovated. The outdoor cafe is nice and the food is delicious. The beach goes without saying..., Fantastic! We spent most of our time out of the room. Also, at the end of our trip, I decided to wash our clothes ( there's a washer/ dryer in the room) but the washer had rusty water inside. If you don't mind how the room looks and smells then this resort is for you. Also, the price is cheaper than most resorts on Grace Bay. The service was great but I would stay at a more luxurious, glamorous property.

The only negative review I have for this Resort is that the Restaurant is very expensive for the quality of the food. This seems to be the general comments most of the guests are sharing.

"Comfortable rooms reasonable price"
Caribbean Paradise is a nice peaceful place. The staff are wonderful, the rooms quiet and the beds very comfortable. Internet is fast and the TV is sharp. A world class beach is a 5 minute walk. Beach umbrellas and lounge chairs are free. Keep in mind that Provo is an expensive place to stay, that being said CBI is a bargain. I would stay there again.

"Great resort"
Beautiful resort with helpful staff. Gorgeous views from the ocean front junior suite. We were on the third floor and had a great view but a floor or two higher would likely be even better. The breakfast was very nice and dinner at seven was great. We had dinner one night at the less formal restaurant that is on the beach which was nearly as pricey, had to wait forever to get our food, and overall not nearly as good. Food prices are pretty shocking and the added taxes add up quickly. We bought lunch stuff at the grocery up the street and had lunch on our balcony. Grocery prices also high except for RUM which was cheap!
