I went to close the blinds and they fell on me. Left a mark on my arm. The next morning. there was no hot water. When I checked out I was told a manager would call me. I waited until Tuesday until I called. I left a message and I still haven’t gotten a call . I had been using this hotel to stay at for when I came to Grande Prairie for meetings. I am local to the Peace Country and I am extremely disappointed

The hotel is clean, staff is friends and a good breakfast, but the bathroom had very poor lighting and not enough light period.

Room was average to low-average in terms of age and condition of furnishings throughout. From the cabinets to the side chair to the bathroom. All was dated and showed its age. Clean, yes. Comfortable bed, sure. But the property needs an update.

The staff is friendly and very helpful.
The restaurant has excellent service and food.
The overall atmosphere is very dark. The rooms are dark. A few lightbulbs would certainly help. The venetian blind in our room did not work. The door opener cover fell off each time we touched it with our door card.
The hotel is suffering from lack of maintenance.

The price is very good for what you get.Bedwas amazing for comfort. Breakfast is great,free.very easy to find.close to the freeway.no hot tub or pool.they have a spa center,to pamper urself.

The hotel is located in a semi commercial/industrial part of town. Some questionable folks wondering around the parking lot.

Got to the hotel around 5:30, the front desk radio called the cleaning team who said the room was finished being cleaned. When I got up the house keeper was still in it, took another 20 minutes to finish the room while I waited in the hall.
The AC in the room was not working so it was very warm the whole night!

It wasnt very clean, the lights flickered, the room smelled weird. The staff was nice, the breakfast was really good. It was okay, but not a 3 star hotel sort of stay if I'm being honest.

The beds were very hard and make sure you check the alarm clocks! Or just unplug them, didn’t even think to check and then went off at 530am waking our whole family. Very unfortunate. Staff were great and very helpful in all areas though. Rooms are rundown.
