Pros: Quiet
Cons: New Mattresses
Location: Easy to access from highway and several eating places nearby.
The room had a musty smell and the beds were uncomfortable.

Convenient it you are visiting Greenbrier

The only thing this place has going for it is the location. Otherwise, stay in Conway and save at least $25. We had a room with a king bed with three (three, really?) very tiny pillows. We were allotted one small bath towel each. Mine had a large tear in the corner. Breakfast is put out at 6:00 and not replenished. At 7:30 there is practically nothing left so plan to get up early.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff went out of their way to help and made our stay easy. Breakfast was good. The town was interesting and the stores were close if you needed anything. The only negative thing I can say is that getting out on the highway was an adventure

Clean Well Maintained Room Courteous Staff

I chose this hotel because all of the other hotels in Conway happened to be booked up. I was pleasantly surprised at how well maintained and clean the room was. This hotel was located right off of the highway but is out of the way if your business or activities are in Conway. If you have business in Greenbrier or Guy then this is a great location. One other note........exiting the parking lot onto the main highway is a little dicey due to the fact that the north bound traffic on the highway is hard to see coming.

Only One Problem

There were two problems. One not so bad the other well you be the judge. The not so bad was the TV was old and was not all that cl;ear. Most hotels have upgraded to the new flat screen style..not here! The real problem I had was with the internet service. Most laptops are wireless and I did not bring a ethernet cable. The signal was VERY WEAK.. 1 bar and I could not use the internet the way I wanted too! I dropped the signal several times and finally just gave up on using the internet. This was a VERY BIG problem because our trip was one of those "Just drive and end up where we end up" vacations. Without any service we could not see what attractions were in the area! Internet service 1/2 star rating!
