"這次入住3個晚上，整體而言客房的整潔乾淨、全體服務人員也是非常的熱情，態度很好，整個住宿體驗幾乎可說是滿分，唯獨在最後Check out的時候，因為浴室裏的一個肥皂盒的破損，有一些小爭執，我們說不曾移動過那物件，更別說摔落，後來繼續溝通ㄧ會兒，櫃檯人員只是一直強調破損是新的，意思就是我們用的，之後我不想繼續爭執下去，其實也沒多少錢，也不想影響後面行程渡假的心情，就賠償給他們！但是難道就沒有一種可能，是清潔人員不注意摔到那物件導致破損嗎？"
