Very good overall. rooms are very nice and clean, loved the complementary coffee station on the second floor lots of different beverage options. Pool area was also super nice and clean, and the water was super warm and nice. Check in and out was very easy. Overall 9/10

Great value here. The only thing we did not appreciate was the smell of perfume in the lobby and the fact that we could not get the thermostat to stop the heat, but we did not complain about that - I'm sure they would have helped had we done so. The smell in the lobby really almost made us sick though....

I enjoyed our one night stay and would stay again in future. Staff were friendly during check in, lobby is very nice and we enjoyed the pool being open until 11:00 pm. Room was modern and clean but did have a couple of minor maintenance issues such as the bathroom sink tap being backwards.

This room was excellent! Very clean, spacious and very quiet!! (We stayed Monday and Tuesday, might have helped the low noise level compared to a weekend?). The lobby and hallways had a nice smell, friendly staff. The beds were the most comfortable beds ever. We will definetly return if Hamilton is on our list to revisit in the future. Price was very reasonable!

C Hotel always provides a great experience. Rooms are clean. Staff is friendly. Baci Restaurant is a great dining option. They have a pool, a gym, an espresso station with different types of hot beverages available. Looking forward to coming back again.

Amazing, truly a 4-Star hotel! I really appreciated the free espresso bar. The room had more than enough outlets- surprisingly rare for hotels. The entire stay just screamed "polished and refined".

Weekend getaway with xmas parties
Very clean and inviting hotel. Friendly staff. Was their for a work party and xhose to spend the weekend their as a mini vacation. Pool was small but we were the only ones in it mid day.
