"Everything is exactly as described on the website. The house is very clean, decorations are very cute, sheets and towels smell fresh, the backyard is probably my favorite. I spent the weekend with my two girls celebrating their 40th birthday. The house is well-maintained and it is in close walking distance to several places you would want to visit. Ian checked on us before the visit and during the visit and made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely come back here again."

"My husband and I enjoyed our stay at The Rosemary home. It has very nice rooms with their own bath. It would be nice if the second bedroom had a headboard about 3 feet high so the pillows did not fall off the back. The master shower is easy to use because it is level with the floor. The kitchen has new appliances and well stocked. Everything was very clean . The backyard is equipped with chairs and games. I would definitely stay again."

"Tastefully decorated, comfortable, well appointed. We enjoyed the arrangement of the bedrooms/bathrooms as we each (2 ladies) had our own area for sleeping and bathing. I will make one suggestion: both shower curtain liners need replacing. Otherwise everything was perfect!"

We had two older kids with us and the three bedrooms were perfect for our group and the living areas were comfortable to lounge around and have a conversation. The house was in good condition and conveniently located to downtown Fredericksburg. We had a small lighting issue our first morning but Karen responded immediately and helped us figure out the situation. We highly recommend this property if you are headed to the Hill Country."

"We were very pleased with this property in Fredericksburg, Texas. The residence was beautiful, with tall oak trees and a lovely pool plus plenty of parking that did not detract from the yard. "We had a group of 7 and the house was PERFECT! Everything was as pictured (including the suspended bed). The beds were comfy (didn’t use pullout couch). The kitchen was cute & had ample supplies for us to cook breakfast, etc. The hot tub clean & fun. We couldn’t locate fire wood to use the fire pit so bring/buy if you plan to enjoy. We also enjoyed walking the neighborhood for exercise and it was beautiful and safe."

"This was a great place for my husband and I to stay when we wanted to explore the Hill Country on our motorcycle. Very clean and well stocked. They thought of everything. Fresh eggs and pork sausage, corn on the cob, watermelon, fruit, veggies for the grill, drinks, coffee, you name it!!! Absolutely loved sitting on the patio in the early morning and evening watching the deer in the back yard. Cool vintage memorabilia for decoration that makes it feel so homey. WE WILL BE BACK!!!"

"Such an endearing and fun little house, a great place to spend a week away from the big city to see the beautiful wildflowers, watch the eclipse, eat dinner at a local restaurant, and sip wine on the back patio under the stars. Great location, comfortable, quiet, clean, tasteful and fun decorations, it's all top notch. It's a wonderful house in a wonderful town. If we're ever coming through again, this is where we'll stay."
