"Very friendly service. All the staff in the Hotel were so friendly and helpful. They treated you like family, from the moment you walked in until you left. I wish I had everyone's name, however, at check out Deedra was exceptional as well as all the staff at who worked the desk during our stay. Great lounge (you actually received one coupon for one free drink). The prices in the lounge are reasonable. Great location. Easy check in and out. "

"Overall beautiful experience. My husband and I spent our honeymoon here and paid for 2 evenings of dinner while taking advantage of the included breakfasts. Be sure to plan ahead for food allergies… not a lot of options in the moment without dairy or gluten but that’s my problem not the norm. Staff was very helpful and eager to help. We had the lakeside villa. Beautiful view of the lake everyday. We will definitely be back!!!"
