Thank you Katie for staying with us and accommodating the cable company to install Fiber. We have waited 6 months for this and it was the only time they could do it and wanted to ensure you had internet to Work and stream Netflix and all other applications. We have terminix checking on property 1-2 times a month for mountain critters. We are actively always aware there could be critters everywhere due to being in the mountains and rain forest. Our Housekeeping service cleans 2 times a week to help reduce and clean home from any proof of a mouse. There are traps and sorry about the any critters as we know that can be a possibility staying in the mountains and seclusion. The home has a queen bed that sleeps 2, 2 bunk beds for children , And a queen sleeper sofa for 2 adults. It is advertised as a TINY HOME and should be aware that the more people that stay can create tightness of space. Overall, there are things we always working on and it is the first home in the community and will forward things to the developer and neighbors to avoid and work on. Sorry you couldn’t Get AT&T and we have no control Of cell Towers and you not getting AT&T. We do mention Getting off the grid on listing but we also now have Fiber in unit with WIFi Calling. From the moment of check in there were “issues reported” with outdoor cushions being wet, not considering the fact it rained for 2 weeks prior to check in. Any answer given was met with a negative response, including the mentioned “mice droppings”. Upon notification of a pest issue (the first mention by anyone) we started working on getting someone there to address the issue, bearing in mind the previous rentals made no mention of an issue and pest control is contracted on the cottage. The national company used is closed on weekends but we were able to get the property developer to send someone to inspect and set traps as a precaution. All happening the same day as reported and within a couple hours. A lot sooner than if we had driven from Atlanta and set the traps ourselves A refund for the unused days was offered at the daily rate and VRBO refunded the tax portion as well. Again the renter questioned the calculation and explained that wasn’t good enough. After the renter explained she would dispute all charges with VRBO and her credit card, there were no further discussions with her. Photos received showed lots of water on the counter from washing dishes and not wiped up, there are French Doors that were also left open (perhaps a mouse came in with an open invitation) and the renter was dissatisfied because there wasn’t “local” channels on the television but rather any streaming service you would want to use. Likewise, I would not rent to this tenant again as her demands, unrealistic expectations, and condescending tone proved from the report of wet cushions satisfaction was not attainable this time.

Reginald Thank you for your review and I’d like to bring to light, your untoward behavior was witnessed by several neighbors (trust me when I tell you it was awkward discussing it with new neighbors and a conversation we’d rather not have had) and the construction foreman for the subdivision. In your own words, a visual obstruction was created using the cover for the hot tub so others wouldn't see only further justifies our questioning where the pieces of the broken lock are since the cover wasn't even used appropriately. Your justification of the patio furniture not being listed as an amenity goes without saying, there is no lock on the furniture to be broken or used. As we had to drain and clean the hot tub, removing the hair from the floor, drains and jets, your initial reply of you didn’t use the hot tub, then to saying well we were in it, and your further statements which we’ll leave unsaid, likewise, we wouldn’t rent to you again and wouldn’t recommend you as a guest either.
