Located in Building 1, the 02 bedroom villa has grand panoramic views of ocean, golf course and marsh. The villa has been fully renovated in May/2017 and is baby friendly. The resort is on the beach in central location closer to bike paths, top restaurants, the airport and Palmetto Dunes. Resort includes 2 outside and 01 indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, running track, gym, 6 tennis courts, sun deck, pool side bar & grill, beach front bar, and family grilling area.

This is not ocean view/ocean front. You can walk a short distance or ride in a golf cart shuttle to beach. All was clean but checkin difficult. Gatekeeper didn't have my name to give me my parkng pass to allow entry, had to call owner & wait awhile for response. ( they shud be awaiting your arrival near their phone to help w any probs upon checkin) It was getting dark & difficult to see apt & bldg #s & this place is HIGE I had to ask ppl staying at this property to help me find this apt. Elevator near me broken.

Great stay
Loved our stay! The space was more than big enough for our family and we loved how many towels came with it. Huge bonus was the locker of beach equipment we could use - super helpful. Only con for us was that I relied on all the baby items being there that were pictured and the inventory wasn't the same, but it was no big deal. Owner was very communicative and helpful. We have already recommended it to others and would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Great Location
Stayed with my son for a golf weekend. Overall, we enjoyed the condo. A few minor things that should be repaired, window screen, freezer door seal, counter above the dishwasher... I would stay at Thiago's rental again.

We enjoyed our stay for two nights before checking into our house at Sea Pines. Owner super receptive to all questions. Condo was nice and met all our needs. Since it rained for our entire stay, we were very thankful to have space to hang out and watch movies. Kids enjoyed the inside space.

Great island stay!
My family really enjoyed our stay and hope to return. Beach is a quick and easy walk and the villa balcony looks over a pond with water jets. There are 3 pools and everything you would need in the resort, but you're also close to restaurants and everything else. Host is very responsive! Thank you for a great stay!

The check in was difficult due to being given the wrong villa number. The wifi information does not work. Kitchen flooring needs replacing and new paint. Overall the room was very comfortable.

Labor Day Weekend
I have been staying at Hilton Head for Labor Day weekend for many years. We have stayed all over the island and I will say that this resort was by far my favorite. The resort overall is dated but it is made up for in the beach access and other amenities. The condo itself is as-described and the view is incredible. I am already trying to plan a return trip!

This was a very lovely property with access to the beach, pool, pool bar and grill and more. The villa was comfortable, had very thing we needed and was central to lots of fun activity on and off property. The property manager was incredibly responsive and helpful.

Great Location
This was an all around great experience. The rental was as described, and that particular unit is in a great location in those buildings. There are a few things wonky, the keriug you have to hold down to get to work, but that is to be expected from a rental where so many people pass through. They provide a wagon and stuff to take to beach the space is ample, and i loved being so close to pool and snack place.. Owners where super helpful and kind. The TV situation is weird and does really work but we did not really care about TV but others may... I would stay here again!

dirty, old and no communication with owner
the nicest features of this property were the kitchen appliances. My 2 year old picked up half eaten chips (from previous guests) off the living room floor before we could get them. baseboards falling apart. just overall a dirty feel. the book said to contact the gate to add a guest. we did and they said the owner had to add them. my husband and i both tried to contact owner several times with no response. so we had to meet our guests, give them our pass and ride in with them. it was a huge hassle with teo babies and two toddlers. Hilton Head Resort gate workers offered no help. internet didn't work. also contacted owner about that with no response. would never recommend anyone stay here.
