"Clean and decent motel at a good price in LA. Great location. Room is great except strong smell of sanitation liquid. Breakfast is okay but no self service for waffle making or toasting is allowed. And the lady helper doesn’t speak English."

"The hotel is located in a small block of tourism in the midst of a larger neighborhood of downtown demise. The old Hollywood vibe is lovely. The restaurant at the front of the hotel (25*) was serving a limited menu due to a convention. The menu was disappointing, but the staff were downright disinterested and disconnected. The rest of the stay was lovely."

"The property was in a good location. You can walk to the walk of fame and many stores in the Hollywood area. The room was clean and the staff was very attentive. The hotel offers breakfast in the morning. The breakfast staff is excellent. I will stay here again."

"The hotel and accommodations were very modern and stylish. The valet parking situation seems like it was an after thought or missed idea and can definitely be improved upon. The bathtub/shower idea was unique but proved messy as water splashed outside of the wash area due to lack of glass/sliding door."

"Hot water is problematic in the morning, as we stayed on an upper floor. On the other hand, we would stay there again because it's in a great neighborhood close to friends. Parking is easy with the valet and you can hop on the highway easily. Coincidentally, there's a good breakfast place in the building that's been in a zillion movies. And as a bonus, it has a really good intimate bar we stopped in more than one night! It's kind of an industrial-looking area, but I like that look. Staff...

"I didn’t like that I couldn’t visit the rooftop and that was apart of the fee I had to pay. If you all have a private event to where your guests can’t utilize the facilities that’s supposed to be available for them then they should not have to pay that fee."
