"The large log cabin home is located on a small lake southeast of Houghton Lake. It's in an area of nice homes located along the west side of East Twin Lake. The road is paved where the homes are, but are gravel getting to the area. We enjoyed watching the sunrises from the main deck and liked the Michigan shaped adirondack chairs. "Owners were so kind. Home was clean and organized with plenty of amenities. The log stove was so nice and cozy! We had a slight accident in the home that the owner brought to my attention, he was very kind and understanding about it, and we were able to work through it. Highly recommend the home."

The sand beach has a shade area, if you prefer, or the perfect place for lots of sunshine. We had a great time and highly recommend."

"This was a perfect cabin for our weekend family getaway. My kids loves the bunk beds and the fact they had their own room. Beds were comfortable and the grey blankets were super soft and cozy to snuggle up in! The cabin is in a great location and was super easy to find. It is in a quiet neighborhood and we had a wonderful view of the lake from the front windows. Ken and Angelina were fantastic hosts and so easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!"
