"This was a perfect cabin for our weekend family getaway. My kids loves the bunk beds and the fact they had their own room. Beds were comfortable and the grey blankets were super soft and cozy to snuggle up in! The cabin is in a great location and was super easy to find. It is in a quiet neighborhood and we had a wonderful view of the lake from the front windows. Ken and Angelina were fantastic hosts and so easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!"

"We had a great time! My Daughter and her friends enjoyed the hot tub and watching TV and movies. The Wii was a nice touch, they really enjoyed playing that. "I came here with my 8, 15, and 20 year old sons and his girlfriend for the weekend to remember my mom who passed away in December 2021. Higgins Lake was my mom and step dad’s favorite place to vacation. The cottage is very clean, beautifully decorated and has everything you need including the supplies for a campfire. The upstairs bedroom with the private bath and sitting area was very nice. It's big enough to put an air mattress for extra sleeping spots if needed. The house was very clean with everything you need. They also have a shed with fishing gear, bikes and beach chairs. "The reason for our stay was to get out of the heat in Florida! We used to have a place at Higgins Lake until 3 years ago. We always enjoyed it here. It's a different pace of life compared to downstate and Florida. More relaxing. We miss that. We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. They made sure it was equipped with everything you would need. Very clean and neat. It definitely gives you that "Up North" feel."

"Preplanned trip before snow prediction. 2 couples have cottages in neighborhood but both were winterized so we decided to rent a house nearby. Rough travel going up but house was delightful. Clean and comfortable. Communication with owner was good. Easy entry. Would recommend. Plan on renting again."
