They were in the middle of remodeling so they did their best! Linens were clean and the room was clean. Staff was amazing and so friendly! Tv only had 5 channels that was disappointing.

They gave away my room
They gave away my room. I called ahead a day before to notify them I was a late arrival. I came at 12:30 AM. They said they had no rooms, wouldn't look me up on the computer, and treated me rudely through it all after I had a three hour drive. I have never been treated that way, and no hotel that I have stayed at business says...sorry, go away after midnight.

They didn't have rooms ready at check-in time. Numerous people were waiting in the lobby while they had to send the cleaning people to prep more rooms. They were very unapologetic about the situation.

I reserved on the website and when I arrived I was told they didn’t have any rooms available but house keeping was working on cleaning rooms. I asked if additional l an accommodation could be made in which the rep asked if I could sit in the lobby so she could check in other guest behind me. After waiting with my children we left to go stay at a different hotel.
