Welcome. You’ve come to the right place. This condo is on North Topsail beach . You can not get any closer to the beach. Your perfect on the beach vacation condo is right here at the St Regis resort. We hope you will love this condo as much as we do. This oceanfront condo has access to the balcony from all rooms. This newly decorated second-floor condo offers tantalizing views of both sunrises and sunsets. Our condo is tastefully decorated throughout with coastal décor and soothing colors.

This is a 2-bedroom, 2 full bathroom unit.
The Master bedroom has a queen bed. The Master bathroom has a walk-in shower which guests love.
The second bedroom has a queen bed and two bunk beds
The second bathroom has a nice deep tub and shower- which I love.

This unit is in building one, 2nd floor with an incredible panoramic view.
There are two elevators in building one
The sun hits the balcony at 9am and stays there until sunset. This is what I love most about our unit.

Month stay at Top Sail Island, St. Regis
Condo was cutely decorated for the beach theme and was very clean. Enjoyed the view from the balcony. Host was always helpful when any questions or situations arrived. Would definitely stay there again if we ever come back to that area. Loved the beach and found beautiful shells, conks and even a sand dollar. Enjoyed our stay.

One necessary suggestion…
Beautiful location with great views. Very comfortable beds and nice layout… ocean views from everywhere in this condo! One suggestion would be a lock to Secure the front door from the INSIDE as someone entered the unit (who was given the key code) to take pictures for marketing purposes. This was unfortunate as everything else was fine… but safety is very important to me!

A Grand view at North Topsail Beach
If you love the beach this condo is awesome for wave action, and great views from inside and out. Lull yourself to sleep listening to the waves is very special here. The condo provides everything you need for your stay. The host is very responsive and helpful for any needs. Would stay again!

Perfect location
The view from the deck was so beautiful. I watched several dolphins a few different times while we were there. That was a first for me. Also enjoyed the fitness center so I could get my weight training in. Walking barefoot to the beach is always a plus for me since I’d rather not bother with shoes.

My husband, our friend, and I stayed here in mid August and we loved it. The condo was clean, the view was great, and the furniture (including beds) were comfortable. Our host was a fantastic communicator as well. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Wonderful and Relaxing Vacation!
Our stay at this property was wonderful. It was the perfect size for my family of 4. Everything was very clean and nice. The kitchen was really well stocked and had everything we needed. All of the beds were very comfortable, and we opted for the linen package and were provided with more than enough towels. The owners checked with us a couple times to make sure everything was going well and had excellent communication. The balcony has such a beautiful view at all times, and the whole island is absolutely beautiful. The pool and beach were never too crowded, everything was just perfect! If you stay here, you have to check out the Agave Azul restaurant, everything there was delicious! We also really enjoyed Rick's restaurant and sports bar, we're from the Pittsburgh area so seeing all the Steelers decorations outside drew us in, and the food was great! Our kids really enjoyed the Karen Beasley sea turtle rescue and also the Topsail touch tank aquarium in Surf City! I wish we never had to leave and I would 100% stay here again!
