handy placed hotel for transport falsities.

Posted Apr 28, 2015
Pros: I could not wait to get up in the morning to get away from the place hated it
Cons: just being honest and warn people of what sort of guests you prefer.
Location: the hotel is very handily placed for the tram bus station and museums.
We were put into a room on the 11th floor which backed onto the air conditioning units which were very noisy my wife who is a very light sleeper struggled to get her rest. I went down to reception to ask to be moved and was told we would have to wait until the weekend as the hotel was full,We eventually got moved to a much better room on the Sunday on the 10Th floor. The food in the hotel was al right nothing special if you like eggs and salad you have found breakfast heaven if you like cereal juice toast and white coffee its there but not how i know it. The outside swimming pool was closed for use while we were there, but this was understandable as the weather was unseasonally wet for the first week we were there. the indoor pool was nice and warm and inviting the only problem being it was not very big if you had more than seven or eight in the pool you could not swim without bumping into one another. on one of the warmer days we decided to sunbathe and for some reason someone complained we were showing to much flesh and got the pool attendant to place a screen round us so we could not be seen,Which we found was rather a rude way of going about things they only needed to ask us to cover up its not an unreasonable request. would i go back to this hotel honest answer its a ok hotel if you are on a tight budget and want a hotel with a swimming pool and gym if you don`t need these things then there are a lot better hotels in Jerusalem which are a lot cheaper.

Pros: Kolmelle henkelle tarkoitettu huone on vanhoja ja kuluneita. Vaihdoimme välillä huonetta 11.krsesta 10.krs., koska naapurissa pidettiin juhlia. 10.krs

Good hotel convenient to public transport

Posted Mar 14, 2015
Pros: Good location near to light railway and main bus station
Cons: Took a few nights to get used to the noise of the traffic since the windows were not double glazed. Hotel exchanged $ and Euros but not £.
Location: Convenient for visits to the Israel Museum and Holyland Museum
I stayed in the hotel for 12 nights. It was reasonably clean and staff were helpful. The room included a large flat screen television, a fridge, a kettle and a safe. An adequate fitness suite and a good swimming pool were available at no extra cost. Breakfasts were self service and a wide range of food was available.

DO NOT BE MISLEAD BY THE PRIOR REVEIWES

Posted Mar 9, 2015
Pros: breakfast
Cons: helpfulness and attitude of staff. Upkeep of the rooms. There are some cracks in the wall, stains on the furniture and stains in the bathroom.
There was plenty of dust in the room, especially around the TV. Furniture was stained, Toilet bowl and shower area had rust stains. Shower head did not function properly, Hotel staff, especially at front desk, was not very helpful. Calling reception was a waste of time as they did nor pick up many times. Hotel advertises free parking but there are only around 30 spots for 190 rooms! and many spots are being used by staff. They must be kidding! Only thing better than average was the continental breakfast which ad a good variety of fresh tasty foo.

Solid 3 star hotel

Better than mediocre. Lobby is nice. Did not eat there, so no comment about the food. Very decent room, quiet, we had an awful view. Clean but not new. Good value for price. Great location.
