"Kozy in KC was the perfect home away from home for great grandparents to visit their great grandkids. The furnishings are lovely yet functional. The coffee bar!! The showers have everything you need plus plenty of fluffy towels. I could go on and on. They have thought of every nice touch."

"we had a group of 12 at the Rieger Hotel last weekend for 2 nights-it is an incredible property! Look up the history on this place it's quite interesting. Much of the interior is original from 1910-staircases etc..and is beautiful. Rooftop space faces South and the view is really cool. Huge kitchen table that seats at least 12. "Melody is a great host with comfortable space at the basement level. There were a couple concerns that she explained & assured me would be addressed. It was only 20 minutes from the Cable Dahmer Arena, and that was my focus for the Chris Tomlin Holy Forever World Tour. Do prefer a more functional kitchen option. Did not use the shower or fireplace. The property could use a renovation update. Thank You Melody !"

"Layout worked very well for our stay, located in a very nice neighborhood. We met up with family for golf and shopping. There are areas of the home that need attention. Deck is showing age and spindles are falling out which would be unsafe for a family with little kids. I wish we would of had access to the whole home or notified prior to staying that some areas are off limits. Other than that minor stuff, it worked very well for our trip. Kitchen is nice and big."

"We visited the KC area with a group of youth. This large house accommodated our group well. It's in a nice neighborhood, clean and well-kept, and the host communicated well during the booking process and during our stay. Would stay again!"

"The inside of the house was very nice - the posted pictures are accurate. The beds are very comfortable. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint but over all met our needs perfectly."
