Pleasant surprises!
A number of pleasant surprises: -The amount of space was more than expected; -all of the appliances felt new - electric can opener, Keurig, stove, microwave, refrigerator, washer and dryer, all seemed new or hardly used (3/2024); -the parking situation was better than expected - plenty of space for a Toyota Avalon; and, - the owner, a very nice gentleman, decorated the space just before we arrived with a dozen live orchids - a very nice touch! It is on a very busy street - but we knew that before coming down. Would rent this again.
