"Nicholas Cage was definitely an unexpected surprise. But was a unique experience that I’m sure me and my friends will joke about for time to come. I did think the front yard look messy with the excessive amount of trees. And stair to the loft are steep and should be included in the listing. Those are just minor inconveniences out experience was over all a great one and I would choose this place again."

My only note is that it smelled a little off and it may have been to do with the AC being in a window near the dumpsters behind the property? Not sure because the house was spotless! Maybe a glade plug in or such to keep it smelling fresh?"

"Great location for what we needed. We were in town for my daughter surgery at STL Children's Hospital. We had easy access for everywhere we needed & wanted to go. The only cons that I had for this listing is the beds/matresses were very noisy and not very comfortable, the thermostat is on a timer to go back to a certain temperature making it hard to stay comfortable, we used the oven twice, to make frozen lasagna for dinner and cinnamon rolls for breakfast and the fire alarm upstairs kept going...

"My husband and I stayed here while visiting some friends in St. Louis. The apartment is located above the garage but do not let that deter you. Ryan was super friendly we ran into him a few times but there was NO awkwardness or inconvenience getting to or from the apartment. The apartment was super clean and comfy and larger than expected. Kirkwood is a beautiful area, safe and very close to downtown St. Louis. Would Definitely Stay here again."

"Excellent place to stay. Very nice, clean and spacious lobby, room was large and very nice. Excellent fitness center with several treadmills, ellipticals and dumbbells. Pool area is nice with and indoor pool that also has an outdoor section. Close to the expressway (I-44), Forest park and The Hill area and Clifton Heights. All the employees were very positive and helpful. Very nice breakfast with several hot items lots of seating and excellent service. I expect we will definitely stay here again when we visit the area"
