Enjoy evenings on the deck with the fire table or walk out on the property and roast s'mores over an open wood burning fit pit. Grill up fish you catch, from the lake, smoke wings or veggies on the Traeger or bake your favorite treats in the full kitchen. Watch sail boats and birds from one of the 3 upstairs patios. This property is tucked away just enough to provide the perfect relaxing time away. Enjoy the sunset or sunrise from one of the upstairs balconies. A collection of DVDs is available along with many books and board games. Yoga mats and small weights are available for your use. The description of the property is as listed. It is tucked away at the end of the road with a view of the lake. For the foodies, the kitchen lacks for nothing. Be sure to bring required provisions for cooking as shopping is a distance away. Property owner is attentive to questions and requests and is readily available. A beautiful property.

Great property, some questionable areas in route to home. Overall though we had no issues. Wonderfully decorated and advertised as expected. Wonderful Weekend!
This property was wonderful! Such a beautiful view of the water from the home, everything was so clean and we had everything we needed and more for a bachelorette weekend! Our only issue was that there seemed to be a wasp nest somewhere on the house because there were quite a few wasps which made being outside more challenging, but we found there was spray provided so we were able to handle them after that. Karen was so kind and prompt with her responses and we would gladly book this space again!

All in all the house was nice and roomy and served our group well. : ) My suggestions/concerns for your property: 1. The upstairs bathroom had not been cleaned so we were greeted by the previous guests feminine products in the trash. Yuck! 2. Every dish, cooking pan and utensil had to be washed before we could use it. Again yuck! I would suggest someone to a complete wash of everything in the kitchen. 3. Lastly, your entire home needs to be commercially treated for ants/bugs. I took a picture of them coming out of the of socket in the kitchen, all day every day. The upstairs had the same issue. I would be happy to send you the picture if you would like to see what we had to deal with. Ants are out of your control, it happens. I thought you needed to be aware of it tho.

Perfect for extended family
The photos do not do the house justice. The kitchen/dining area is very large and wide open. We spent a great deal of time there. There are two totally separate living spaces where we held Wii tournaments and watched movies on rainy nights. The jetted tub was a get away for many of the adults. Our impression of the house was very high, except for the narrow steep staircase!

Cozy Canoe Cottage
My family had an incredible time during Spring Break on Lake Texoma. The house had EVERYTHING you could possibly want or need while on vacation. Unfortunately the weather was a bit cool and we had a rainy day but Karen made sure the house was stocked with plenty of games, TVs and other things to keep the kids and adults entertained, not to mention the fire pit outside and on the porch. The beds were incredibly comfortable, kitchen was well stocked and the overall house was perfect. There is a trail that takes you to a pretty secluded peninsula right on the lake where there's a beach and a grassy shore......perfect for a private day on the lake. Karen was an awesome host and communicated with me extremely well. We will definitely be back.....it was beyond perfect!!
