"This was very new and modern place, with old style elements. Kitchen vey complete. 2 nice bedrooms with good beds and modern bathroom. Good parking space and warm storage place on ground-level for shoes and skies. Quite location. About 15min autodrive to parking ski-area Nassfeld-Hermagor. Think to visit it again. Very nice and good support from owner and neighbour."

"Wonderful views of an amazing lake from this property, which has obviously been well-crafted and well-loved by the owners, who are friendly, accommodating, and professional. It's hard to choose where to spend your time between the main floor, the upper deck, or the water-level veranda/dock, but you can't really go wrong. Hiking and biking are just out the door, the Laggerhof is right up the hill for a meal or a drink, and the ferry stop next door will take you wherever you like (and back)...

Unerfreulich war jedoch, das nach kompletter Bezahlung uns mitgeteilt worden ist, dass der Kamin nicht zu benutzen ist, dass es Zeiten für Warmwasser und auch für die Heizung gibt. "Wir wurden freundlich begrüßt. Die Zimmer entsprachen der Beschreibung. Schön war, dass die relevanten Zimmer mit Fliegengittern versehen waren. Die Ausstattung entsprach durchaus den Erwartungen, alles erforderliche war vorhanden. Das einzige, was wir vermissten, war eine Mikrowelle. Aber es ging trotzdem. Die Lage des Objektes ist sehr ruhig und man kann gut etwas Wandern (am "Kolm"). Für Läufer finden sich auch schöne Stecken. Die Entfernung nach Seeboden macht grundsätzlich ein Auto...
