"Very clean and check-in was super easy. Very nice hosts. A great place to relax and enjoy the surrounding olive trees. Very close to Trieste and Koper - so it's also a great location if you need to get groceries or want to go for dinner or drinks. He also recommended a great restaurant for my wife’s birthday , which we would not have discovered ourselves . "The Villa Maria is amazing, we had a thoroughly relaxing time. The pool was very well used by us all but especially my 2 children, the Villa has everything you need for a stress free holiday. You definitely need a car as it is so remote but in our opinion this added to the charm. The owners Valmi and Andreja were fantastic throughout. "Die Villa ist wunderschön und liegt mitten im Grünen etwa 2km nordöstlich von Filipini abgelegen. Die Ausstattung ist super und war bei uns für 10 Personen mehr als ausreichend. Der Außenbereich mit Terrasse, Grill, Pool und sehr viel Wiese lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir können die Villa sehr empfehlen. "Sehr schöne, moderne Wohnung, mitten in Novigrad. Die Lage ist Top. Man ist direkt in der Stadt und auch nach ein paar Metern am Meer. Es ist alles in der Wohnung vorhanden, was man braucht. Im Erdgeschoss eine große Wohnküche, oben zwei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten und ein Bad mit Dusche. Etwas schwierig ist die Parksituation. Wir haben unser Auto an der Sporthalle abgestellt, da es dort am günstigsten ist, da musste man ca. 15 min hin laufen. Parken direkt an der Ferienwohnung ist nicht...

"Very nice villa in a great part of Istria for trying wine and eating great food. It is next to a really good local restaurant and their wine shop/ bar. You can reach Umags very chilled beaches in 20 minutes easy drive. Other wineries can be reached after a longer walk or short drive. The property had really good set up with loads of glasses, plates and pans. Definitely recommend."
