The apartment is satisfactory. Very spacious and clean on arrival. There are no cooking basics provided and you must remove all food from the premises upon checkout, which is inconvenient. The hall smells bad. The room has no bad smell.

The staff at reception are not very friendly but apartment was very big and comfortable. Fab location, 5 mins walk from bus and train station and tourist areas. Roof terrace was lock and out of use.

A very comfortable 4 days in this, not new, but well maintained central apartment block. Self check in went smoothly due to advance communication and the managers, when met the next morning, were very friendly and helpful. Location is excellent, within 10 minutes on foot from the train & bus stations, several supermarkets in the area and just minutes from the lovely waterfront and bustling piazzas. Would definitely return when in Trieste.

Very spacious and centrally located. Staff was nice and checking in went smoothly. No air condition in the bedroom only in the living room/kitchen. I wish that there was some detergent for the washing machine, especially when you consider that there already was dish soap available.

Clear instructions before check-in. Great location with a big terrace. Reasonably clean room but spacious. The guy at the reception is not friendly nor polite, he acted annoyed at both times I talked to him and even rolled his eyes when I came down to check out lol

Perfect location about 7 minutes walk from the station and less than 5 minutes walk to Canal Grande. Very easy to follow instructions on how to check in as it was after the manned reception hours. Great view from the balcony so you can relax, enjoy the weather and the views of the Adriatic. Would definitely stay here agin.

Easy entry in absence of reception notified in advance. Good central location. Clean room and good provision of towels. Comfortable bed. Facilities for cooking but no kettle and some difficulties with hob . No issue for us but reported to reception before departure.

It is located 15 min walk from train/ bus station, check in “in person” works from 8:30am to 1:00pm. So keep an eye about the instructions to get your key, the room is huge and it is ok overall, you have to send your passport photo to WhatsApp number and pay local taxes. (Don’t forget to turn on with time the heater if you want hot water in the shower) .

Theres no price to be put on watching the Sunset in this privileged part of the world - and from a spectacular "five star" feel. Top 3 experience all time for me. The staff is helpful and you'll have your own apartment within blocks of the Grand Cabal
