I gave it a 3 stars for the following reason: 1-The sign at night is not easy to spot, almost missed it. 2-Only one elevator for the hotel guests and staff to use. 3-The window panes were not soundproof, we had a room on 3rd floor overlooking the parking lot and you could easily hear and understand what people were saying when entering or leaving the hotel. As well as hearing the foot steps from the room above us. 4- The shower plumbing made a high pitch screeching sound which woke up everybody who was sleeping in the room. Was not made for a relaxing and enjoyable shower. 5- The coffee machine was not cleaned as there was still a pod in the coffee machine. Overall the room, towels and sheets were clean, the shampoo,conditioner and body wash bottles were filled and the service was great. I must add that the restaurant breakfast buffet cost is over priced for what they are offering. The crepes were no great, tasted like rubber.

The staff was very friendly and was able to communicate very well in English when we told them we didnt speak French. We would stay here again.

The pillows were uncomfortable, lumpy. The shower was weak and the fan took too long to start so the humidity was terrible in both the bathroom and room. The coffee maker was awkward and frustrating. We called a staff member who came up and fixed it for us. She mentioned many people have trouble with this machine. Not a good TV channel selection. The bed was comfortable and the staff was very helpful. The room was very clean.

Chambre contemporaine au goût du jour. Bel acceuil du personnel (Sylvain). Lit plus que confortable. Grande douche avec pression et eau chaude. J'y retournerais sans aucune hésitation.

Best choice in Joliette
Everything was good about his hotel, the parking, the reception, the room. My only wish would have been to have a continental breakfast iincluded with a $200 price a night in Joliette.

Nice location. Good meals. Friendly employees. All looked good in room until we had a shower and settled in for night. Risky shower tub and defective air conditioner. Very disappointed with our room.

Front desk staff had difficulty in finding my reservation even when shown the reservation confirmation email. The French/English language barrier did not help the situation either. Reservation was ultimately found so all ended well. Otherwise, the hotel is in great shape; restaurant food is really good; and the wine list is better than average

Well maintained and close to downtown. Quiet rooms. No dining Sunday afternoon or Monday morning. Gym facilities and pool advertised but closed since COVID we were told. Room maintenance only done every 2 days so for a 2 night stay none.

hello, we have reduced the opening days of the restaurant due to the lack of employees, but we are trying to solve the problem. Regarding the cleaning of the rooms, you can ask the reception at any time when you need this service.

We stayed here just one night. The hotel building and our room were smaller than we had thought. There was a little communication-related confusion between the front desk and the restaurant staff, but everything was resolved in the end. We enjoyed the breakfast on Sunday morning and found our room to be very clean and comfortable. During the night and early in the morning I was able to hear other guests staying next to our room using showers and electrical outlets, but it was not too noisy. One suggestion for the hotel: please make sure to provide bar soap and body lotion for each unit. I thought that these amenities were quite a norm for my $250 USD stay (FYI, due to the festival and popular demand on the weekend, the price was higher than usual). But again, we had a nice stay. Friendly staff, and a beautiful outdoor patio area overlooking a creek was a plus. Merci.

Hi,thank you for this review. Just to let you know, the reason we don't have any bar soap is because we have liquid soap inside the shower, since the bar soap produce a ton of waste as we cannot reuse them. We are glad that you liked it here and hopefully you can come and visit us another time.
