Before going here we were a little worried by some of negative reviews. What a pleasant suprise, Apartment basic but clean. Food very good with something for everyone. You must judge thus hotel against price you paid, It is superb value for money. Majir negative was bar in the evening. Serving wine in a plastic cup is not acceptable. The bar was so poor for range if drinks and presentation.

Nice week in the winter sun.

Ignore the bad reviews. Yes the hotel needs updating and a lick of paint, but over all a good hotel. Food was good, drinks good too. The staff are very helpful and super friendly! The only complaints we heard were from the people who had been drinking all day. Remember this is not a 5 star hotel. If you want 5 star then pay for 5 star. All in all a very nice chilled out week for me and my wife. Thank you very much Blue Sea. Lee and Tracy.

Très bien situé Personnel très aimable et très à l’écoute Repas, sous forme de buffet, très corrects et suffisants. Un peu répétitif mais tous les jours Il y a des nouveautés 2 piscines très agréables mais pas chauffées. Dommage car même en décembre il faisait entre 23 et 27 degrés donc on peut se mettre en maillot mais l’eau est trop froide pour se baigner Si vous êtes logés du côté de la petite piscine ronde, ce seras très bruyant la nuit car vous êtes à proximité des bars et pubs avec live show le soir . Nous avons demandé à être relogés au bout de la 1ère nuit et dès le surlendemain nous avons pu emménager dans une chambre bcp plus calme à l’intérieur du complexe Tout le confort nécessaire dans les chambres Draps et serviettes remplacées fréquemment. Ménage fait souvent aussi Hôtel fréquenté par bcp Bcp d’anglais et Quelques allemands. Ils vivent de manière un peu bruyante au tours de la piscine sans se soucier des autres ( musique à fond, cris, appels téléphoniques ....) donc c’est un peu dérangeant. Mais nous étions bcp en visite et cela ne nous a donc pas trop gênés Globalement, nous sommes satisfaits de cet appart hôtel

GOOD STAY

First apartment 208 at back area we were given was horrible, dirty , smelt and very noisy from clubs /bars nearby, apartment very much needing some TLC We upgraded for a small fee for a newer ground floor apartment nearer beach overlooking pool which was 100% nicer, Food was plain but we found enough to eat each meal time, Area was great for bars, shops and beach within 5 mins walk. For what we paid for are stay we were happy with apartment and food we had after the upgrade.

The accommodation is centrally situated in Costa Teguise, ideally placed to take advantage of all the amenities - shops, restaurants, beaches.The rear entrance to the hotel opens onto the coastal promenade which you can follow along the entire length of Costa Teguise. The staff at the hotel were lovely and helpful; the complex kept very clean. The room was clean and comfortable but did need upgrading - a programme of upgrades was in place. The kitchen did have a hob, kettle and toaster. All inclusive was well worth having as it was only a small amount more than room only. We had no problem with the food on offer - do try some different dishes and enjoyed all the meals. The coffee from the machine was delicious! Free car parking is adjacent to the hotel plus there is a large public car park at the end of the road. Two lovely swimming pools which, although unheated, were great to swim in.

March get away.

Hotel is right on the sea edge, close to shops, bars etc. Rooms were clean, but cold out of high season. No heating, had to hire from front desk, and extra blankets. Food was repetitive and not very warm.

Only plus was food and drink in fridge when we arrived as restaurant closed. The accomodation was run down and had no added amenities, no hairdryer, limited toiletries, overall very disappointing. Walls were damp and paint peeling off, bathroom door sticking to floor making it hard to enter/leave. Kitchen cupboard coming away from wall, no plugs in any of the sinks/bath.

Very basic accommodation

The apartment was very basic, and had been painted very badly with lots of repairs needing to be done. The fridge had rods missing from the door so you couldn't store anything there and the freezer compartment didn't work. The sofa was completely broken and you couldn't even sit on it let alone sleep in it. There was no blackout curtains and they were hanging off at each end. However the grounds and pool area were clean and well maintained.

Wenn man nur darin schlafen möchte ist die Unterkunft okay. Den ganzen Tag könnte ich aber darin nicht verbringen. Sehr in Englischer hand und leider die Speisen zu sehr darauf ausgreichtet. Im Endeffekt ist das Preisleistungsverhältnis okay.

I didn’t like the cracked and loose floor tiles,or the little black mites crawling on the worktops,or the patio door you could hardly open,or the fact there was no climate control it was very cold,or the fact the food was disgusting and mostly inedible,the last comment isn’t good if you are all inclusive we ate out a lot,the only saving grace was the staff they were friendly and helpful will NOT stay there again

Sehr geräumige und saubere Zimmer - das Frühstück ist super - nur das Abendessen ist meistens höchstens lauwarm. Es steht zwar eine Mikrowelle bereit, um seinen gefüllten Teller aufzuwärmen, aber wer mag schon Pommes aus der Mikrowelle.

Not as described or expected.

The hotel is in a great location. The hotel looks good on the pictures but don’t be fooled by them. The rooms are tired, dated, falling apart and smell dreadful. We had to be moved after one night as the stench of mold is overpowering. The second room was slightly better but ended up buying a plug in air freshener to mask the smell. No sign of the towels made into swans in fact I think they barely pushed a brush around all week. Food!! Basic, repetitive and cold, they do provide a microwave though..had food out most nights which defeated the object of being all inclusive. For the drinkers, bar closes at 10. No evening entertainment except one game of bingo in what I can only describe as a school hall. Disappointed in the hotel itself, just glad I’d been to the area before so knew what was out and about
