“gr8 location, gr8 prices, clean n basic 2star nt 4”

this apartment complex is in the best location in teguise, we new the apartments were basic but clean and comfortable, the pool area, pool side bar/snack bar were always immaulate. these are very cheap apartments to stay in if you want 4star stay somewhere else but you'll not have the location. we will stay here again and recommend them to others.

On arriving the place seemed ok but when we got inside the studio apartment we were horrified at how basic and run down it was. The cockroaches seemed to like it though. We found several of them and they move pretty quick too! The room had no air conditioning nor fan. So you can imagine how uncomfortable it was at night. We had to risk sleeping with the door open. Not that we slept much due to the heat. Then we come to the kitchen. We eventually found it. In the cupboard! No kettle either. That's and extra €8 to hire plus €3 per day. The TV was a pay as you go set and you have to hire the remote from reception for €20!! Then we come to the bathroom. Favoured by the cockroaches. The toilet and sink were ok but the bath was in a very sad state. The enamel was chipped and discoloured and dirty. The shower drizzled out water at a Luke warm temperature. Very shabby and basic. We only stayed 4 days so not drastic. If you like camping then consider this place camping with a roof! Take it from me, you don't want to stay here!

Room was dirty, Damp, Smelly, Full of cockroaches, electrics off wall, cupboard doors hanging on, work tops rotten, fridge rusty wet, have pics to prove staff didnt want to no gave us insect killer to spray cloths smelt of damp on departure.
