"Simple room , perfect area for people that want to see things with walking distance, the 001 bus outside will take you for free to the prado museum and the train station, a pharmacy next door as well as close to the main attractions, excellent location, bathroom is small and needs some maintenance but everything works and is just enough if you are planning on not spending lots of time in your room "

"Incredible location, near Cibeles fountain (Gran Vía street, El Retiro park, lots of restaurants and tapas bars). Great breakfast offered, with eggs cooked at the moment and a variety of fruit, fresh orange juice, coffee, pancakes, bread, pastries, cheese and charcuterie (unlimited Jamón Serrano). Suite was large and very clean, good bathroom and a complete kitchen. Washing machine great for doing laundry for travellers (only missing a dryer to make the laundry situation perfect). Overall...

"Great location - ok if you are aware there is the hostel section next door - the elevator motors were a little noisey and lifts in need of service"
