However, upon check in, we were charged for 2 nights, despite said approval. There was no reasoning with the manager, she insisted that we had no right for a refund because I had said we would leave in the evening, even though we left in the morning, and despite teh fact she had previously approved the booking...

"Pour ce second passage, toujours autant de plaisir à séjourner dans ce gîte très mignon au calme, à deux pas de la mer et idéalement situé sur l’île. Les équipements sont nombreux, un léger bémol concerne la literie de la chambre principale qui mériterait à notre sens (mais il est vrai que nous sommes exigeants sur ce point lors de nos diverses locations 😉) d’être changée."

"Or group found this home to be perfect. We have stayed in Antigua many times and loved the location. A nice neighborhood feel and close to many nice restaurants. The home was well decorated and comfortable. I was concerned about noise from the street but this was not an issue. Thanks Sandra for being such a responsive host."

"Walked from the airport with bags on a trolley. As they don't have trolleys at the hotel the person on reception kindly stored my trolley so i could use it to get back to the airport the following day. Only negative is there is no night restaurant on site and you have to go to the hotel next door, not a deal breaker as its only about 50m away"
