"A very nice hotel and overall a good place to stay, but I would say it is 4* rather than 5*. We had a Junior Suite which was lovely, but there were a few things not working - i.e. the electric blinds in the bathroom, the shower door did not shut properly, and there was a sewer-like smell at our end of the corridor. It was also very noisy with the traffic outside - the windows need to be a lot better insulated. However, the suite was very comfortable, the staff were very pleasant and the spa was...

"This was one of our nicest stays, which is saying a lot! The staff here is hands down the most pleasant and knowledgeable and helpful! Everything from tours to great local restaurants, to printing tickets for the train. They even recommended the hotel breakfast, which I was keen on, but it was 13euros if you book it the night before and there’s a beautiful buffet, and in addition to everything they offer they also make eggs, omelettes, sausage and/or bacon. They have a Nespresso coffee machine...

"The room was clean. The lights were controlled by a switch near the bed which was nice. The air conditioning worked well. Loved the rain shower in the shower, I used the Pool, Hot Tub, Steam, and Sauna twice a day. Close to trains and buses. Helpful staff at the check-in desk. Breakfast Buffet was awesome."
