Great locationPosted Oct 20, 2013
Pros: Liked the location and space. Modern apartment overall. Nice view from our bedroom. Very clean and comfortable.
Cons: Needs more cups, glasses, and overall kitchen supplies. We didn't cook but it would be nice for all 4 of us to have a glass and coffee cup!
Location: Lots of good restaurant's and shopping in the area. Easy to walk to or catch the tram or subway. Felt very safe overall.
Overall this hotel /apartment is in a great location. Nice for a family (we have 2 boys 11 & 8 ) comfortable with great space. Bathroom very modern as well as modern kitchen. Never saw any of the hotel staff. Sometimes the codes on the doors would not work but that could of been us. Sometimes it took a few times which was frustrating.

Charismatic area of LisbonPosted Oct 7, 2013
Pros: The location and the views of the apartment that they gave us however not all of them had the same view.
Cons: Staff organization
Location: Your at the heart of downtown very nice area near Chiado and Baixa, with restaurants bars shopping for all tastes from relaxed to trendy.
Apartment was new, outstanding views of the city and river, very well located, however most of the apartments do not share the same view. At arrival 2pm the hour established for entry, the apartment hadn t even been cleaned, the previous costumer still had his belongings, there was no control whatsoever or attention for those who arrived. The elevator of the building broke down and the apartments are on the 3rd floor. without elevator using the service stairway leads to an entrance from where you could get out but not get in, or at least nobody knew how. Bathrooms very pretty but if you wanted to take a shower and not a bathtub there was no screen so you ended up flooding the floor. The towel heaters in the bathroom exist but don t work. Overall great location a lot of potential, nice finishes but still really disorganized. But if you could get over these nags and if you are lucky to get the rooftop apartment waking up and looking out the window to the great river view and location is amazing.

Great Location - could use better housekeeping.Posted Aug 30, 2013 on Hotels.com
This apartment is in a great neighborhood of Lisboa and as a visitor, it is close to all that you would want to be to. The furnishings are basic, but comfortable. The cleanliness of the place could be better - the floors were pretty dirty and if you walked around the apartment barefoot, your feet would become completely "black". Housekeeping usually didn't show up to make up the apartment until about 5PM or so, which is pretty late in the day, and their service didn't include making the bed, etc. but only a basic restock of toilet paper, towels and taking out the trash. Overall if you are looking for a comfortable and convinient place to stay, I would definitely recommend this place for the location. The service and amenities are pretty basic.

Great locationPosted Jul 11, 2013
Pros: Right in the middle of where you want to be in Lisbon! Wonderful spacious and well equipped apartment
Cons: Kinda weird to have "virtual reception". No one there when we wanted to ask about the possible impact of a upcoming general strike.
Location: Perfect location to tour Lisbon.
Seems like it is brand new. Rooms are spacious and clean. Great for families or groups to stay right in the heart of Lisbon.

Great location, roomy, blistering fast wifi!Posted Jul 10, 2013 on Hotels.com
The apartment was large and had nice views; plenty spacious for 2 adults and 2 children (13 and 11). It was clean and well furnished (nothing spectacular, but comfortable). There is a small kitchen with nice sized refrigerator (we did not really cook there, however). Bathroom was large; all fixtures worked well. The elevator broke our last day there, which ended up being a minor inconvenience. The location felt very safe. You are close to restaurants, cafes and shopping. The famous tram 28 stops right in front of the building, and it was also an easy walk to the Baixa-Chiado metro station. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Decent Apartment for the pricePosted Jun 23, 2013
Pros: Views, speedy wi-fi, and space.
Cons: Air conditioning, noise, customer service.
Location: City center is close by, shopping malls, Hard Rock Cafe, Grocery stores, and wine stores all near by.
It was an ok place for the price, very updated and the internet was fast. It was a bit of inconvenience for a for someone use to having more available to them. I didn't receive a pin code for the door via email. I was told the pin is sent to your phone via text message. If you do not have an international number you wont receive it and there is no help on site to fix the problem. It was a bit noisy from the restaurants and bars below. Good location for local bars and food and has great views from the terrace. For a sailor such as myself who visits different ports a lot I would prefer to go with a full service hotel next time.

Brilliant apartments in the perfect bar location.Posted Jun 11, 2013
We booked two apartments (3B and 3H) which both had terraces. The bedrooms have very comfortable beds, one twin and one double with an en-suite. None of us used the other "sofa" style beds so we can not comment on those. The apartments were impeccably clean and you had everything supplied including shampoo and shower gel. They are very close to the bar area of Lisbon which is exactly what we wanted. We would recommend these to our friends. One thing to note, the bedrooms in 3B were noisy at night due to the bar directly beneath them. We did not get back until 5am so the bar was closed by the time we shut our eyes.

Very modern serviced apartment, but...Posted Jun 8, 2013
Pros: Modern and clean serviced apartment.
Cons: No hot water and broken elevator.
Location: Very convenient for tourists.
This is a serviced apartment, not a hotel, in a very convenient location for tourist. The room is very modern, new and clean. With two little kids, it helped a lot to have kitchen in the room. I liked the cleanliness and efficient check-in/check-out. We had good view from the room as well. Some points of caution however are: - Stairs in the room was modern design with two wired between my kids and them falling down from side - Hot water supply is not enough and often runs out during shower - The only regular access is via one elevator and it broke while our stay; we had to wait 45 minutes for someone to arrive from off-site to help - This serviced apartment is unmanned, so there is no front desk to leave your bag before check-in or after check-out Overall, I can understand why they want to claim four stars, but with some minor issues, I will discount my rating.

Nice placePosted Jun 1, 2013 on Hotels.com
Read their emails before you go and it will be easier. Virtual staff. Need codes that they email you. Rooms exceeded my expectations.
