"The property was beautiful and well-kept. The front desk & valet help were wonderful. Great location, walking distance to everything. One thing that was disconcerting was the continuous music coming from the pool area. A little music is fine; all day though was too much. Overall, loved my stay! "

"A 100-yr-old hotel with character and revolving door. Our room was facing the beautiful hills. There was a refrigerator but NOT a microwave. Our room was facing the nosey BROADWAY street so next time we'll request a room on the other side. In my opinion the carpet in the room needs to be replaced with something other than carpet but, again, that's my opinion. Something VERY IMPORTANT: A block away from the hotel we found "The Garden Mediterranean Restaurant" with the MOST AMAZING FOOD. We will stay there again. "
