"This property was the perfect getaway spot for us in Malibu. The ocean view from the front with the lovely porch including rocking chairs and the views of the mountains, valley and vineyard in back with the Adirondack chairs for relaxing were a delightful treat. We loved the bird and wildlife viewing, hiking the trail in back and the peaceful quietness of the property. We had easy access to the PCH and all that Malibu had to offer, including the lovely shopping center at the bottom of the hill....

"Nice size. I was happy to be able to park my camper while I stayed to visit my friend. The bathroom, the only one, had a very slow drain in the sink and tub. But that should be an easy fix for them. I did not see any, but the other ladies stay with me, saw bugs."
