Fabulous StaffPosted Nov 10, 2013
Cons: Larger rooms with bathtubs.
Location: Great restaurants and shopping
The staff at the Mosaic make you feel at home. From the front desk to the town car drivers we felt welcome and taken care of. The quiet location was the perfect place for us in B.H.

Good location in Beverly HillsPosted Sep 26, 2013
Pros: Good location
Cons: Dirty pool & noisy rooms
Rooms very small, Pool dirty with lots of dead bugs no sign of it being cleaned in our 3 nights there. Rooms noise from kitchen & cleaning staff after 11pm & before 7 am plus very, very noisy air conditioning unit right beside bed meant not easy to sleep. Evening wine reception only available sun-thurs despite what it says in room greeting flyer so very deceiving. Some staff were really nice but mostly rude not on a par with other 4 star hotels.

Nice Hotel Close to Beverly Hills' Golden TrianglePosted Sep 14, 2013
Pros: Quiet and people there are very patient when they listen to me since I can‘t speak English very fast.
I booked the room for 5 days. It was at around 7 pm when we arrived and we were very tired from the journey. A bottle of wine was iced in the room already when we got there. It made me feel like home and made me relaxed. This is my first time come to USA and my English is not very well. People in Mosaic are really nice and patient and helped a lot. Many thanks to them. It seems that this hotel is not as expensive as other hotels are in that area. And it is very close to the Rodeo Rd you can go there in several minutes on foot. The hotel is located in a quiet place since it's very close to Golden Triangle, love that so much. I checked out 2 days earlier for some personal reasons and I received the refund for the rest of 2 days. Great！ The room is kind of small I guess that is caused by location. Booked a taxi in the morning via the front desk but seems like it didn't work..Then we got trapped at the Getty Center..hahaha.... And renting a car from Budget via the front desk is surprisingly expensive especially the insurance is really expensive. ...At last I rent the car from Budget at Monterey Park and it cost just 1/3 of the price I got from the front desk.

Excellent location only a few blocks to Rodeo Drive. The service was terrific and the staff made numerous recommendations and reservations for us. Would highly recommend this small boutique hotel.

ONE OF THE BEST DEALSPosted Aug 17, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel is exactly what it says. A boutique hotel, conveniently located in the best part of Los Angeles. Absolutely European quality, décor and atmosphere. Together with the nice price, it definitely is the best choice in all the area.

Convenient locationPosted Aug 11, 2013
Pros: Convenient location
Cons: The shower needed caulking. The wallpaper in bath was curling off wall - 305
Location: Rodeo Drive and the Beverly Hills area are within walking distance. Lots of shopping and restaurants in area.
Very nice hotel. Nice staff. There was construction on the building next door, but it was not a problem. The rooms are beginning to get a little worn. It was typical of boutique hotel, small charming, nice pool, nice bar and nice staff.
