“Will Request for Business stay again, SOON!”
I travel quite a bit and usually my travel is taken care of.... in very high priced "boutique" hotels.... i'm a realist. I would LOVE to be able to FIND the Iron AND Ironing Board and not have to call for housekeeping to bring it. To have the hair dryer in an obvious place is a plus....and although pedestal type sinks in bathrooms look lovely, they have no function when you have a toiletries bag and no where to put it each morning.... Fancy Boutique hotels in this area are nice, but not functional when you work-travel. (i've stayed at 3 within the 4 block area.) THIS MOSAIC HOTEL ROCKS! #1. Iron was in an Actual Closet... WITH the ironing board! #2. It has an elevator. (yes, some "boutique" hotels in the area actually do not have elevators.) Im still confused by that one. lol. #3. A REAL Sink, with tons of Counter space! TONS! #4. GREAT desk area for working and decent light. #5. GREAT Plugs for computers-iPads-iPhones etc. #6. Super nice staff, i arrived LATE after working a 13hour day... i was the only one in the restaurant and the Chef was happy to make me the BEST burger in town. Awesome Calamari too! #7. Hair dryer was in open view and worked great! #8. DId I mention how Awesome this place was! #9. I WILL request to stay there again. There is a lovely pool area, a gym, and it is only 5 blocks from Rodeo where my work project was for a few days. GREAT PLACE!
“Good hotel”
Good ・shopping place nearby. only 15 minutes walk from biverly hills ・easy to catch a taxi ・air conditioning was good ・cozy room ・bathroom was very clean Bad ・menu from hotel's restaurant was too expensive for its tastee ・no supermerket nearby. ・the wall is pretty thin. you can hear the sound of neibhor's TV ・light in the room was very dark
“Excellent location and value”
This is a very well presented hotel with much attention to detail. Great location and excellent value. Only drawback is taking luggage up rear steps which I was ready for from reading other reviews. Bed could be firmer.
“will definetly no go back.”
The rooms are extremely small. No room, for anything, and we had the suite. I can't imagine how small the regular rooms are. They also charged us 38 for parking, which is ridiculous because the parking structure was closed and we had to park outside in the back alley. Really, a waste of time and money. Go somewhere else!
“My new go-to hotel in Beverly Hills...”
We used to go to another boutique hotel but they changed all their rooms to single beds which didn't quite work out for my best friend and me. So we tried Mosaic and loved it. Easy to walk to shops, restaurants and cafes. Lovely and comfortable room (with Bulgari toiletries which we loved!), lobby with a bar, hotel folks who were happy to help with directions and suggestions, room service and pool -- all with a small boutique-y feel. Happy to have found it!
“The Mosaic Hotel- Beverly Hills”
This is a nice hotel. We wated to be in the neigborhood and it was next best thing to being at the Marriott which was comletely booked. I would have liked to be able to have breakfast at the hotel without room service. Also, they do not automatically provide a shower cap if you need one. They had a coffee maker with coffee, but no tea which is what I like to drink. Later I found out they will provide both shower cap and tea upon request. I find it is too much trouble to have to wait for these items to be delivered! It is not that hard to just have that stuff in the room in the first place. They charge enough money! Also, be aware you have to pay a lot for parking. Overnight parking is not allowed in the street. Overall though, it was not bad at all. The hotel was clean, good location, and well furnished. I still prefer big hotels if they are available. They are just easier and more predictable.
“Best location”
Best cost-benefit. Great location. Good price for the region and very clean and well maintained hotel.
“Wonderful service, very clean, very private and quaint”
Great service...everyone was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is small but very private and quaint.
“Good location, great staff.”
Comfortable room. Quiet location. Great, very helpful staff, they made my stay a pleasure.
“LA Commuter”
Quaint small hotel, great location, great service, good food.
