Front desk lady was very nice and friendly. Room was decent for the price paid, room was clean but out dated furniture and appliances. I asked for non-smoking room smelled so much like smoke. I called front desk man that answer was very nice and polite. Checked out the next day.

Great Stay
The front desk staff was so welcoming & helpful. They had the office smelling so nice & it was decorated so cute for Christmas. The room was spacious, smelled good & was clean. It had a full size refrigerator, microwave, kitchen table, two couch seats & the two beds. The parking lot is pretty small & if you’re on the side by Marsha Sharp freeway there isn’t parking by your room. You have to park in the middle section & walk around the building to get to your room. The walls are kind of thin so you may hear people talking, for us it was someone on the 2nd floor who had a dog. In their defense the pup had to be pretty big because you could hear every time it walked across the floor or would jump off of the furniture or bed. Other than that, we had no complaints. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel for your next stay.

I love the kitchen area, the setup is nice and cozy, its clean. Reminds me if a little apartment. Definitely would recommend for a hotel stay if you are visiting Lubbock.
