Modern beautifully renovated luxurious house with a huge picturesque backyard and huge driveway enough for 4 cars. Live, work and play at this amazing place.

Conveniently located in the west willow area with all necessities and downtown Guelph nearby.

Living, kitchen, dining and 3bed + 1bath on the upper floor and exra bed/family room + an office in the lower floor.

Lovely space
House was great and had everything we needed. Downstairs shower was probably the best shower I have ever had! Amazing backyard with lots of seating areas. Great communication with our host.

Overall the stay was lovely for a larger group of people we had in a bridal party for a wedding we were attending. Checkin and check out was easy and straight forward. The reason I didn't give this 5 stars is because one odd thing is that in the home there is a security camera in the dining room, facing into the home, not at a point of entry. The host mentioned it is used for when the house is empty for security reasons, but you can imagine how that would make you feel for your privacy and it was not mentioned anywhere in the listing. I understand the need to ensure safety and security, but the property also has two cameras in the backyard and another front door RING camera, so the indoor camera is a bit odd.
