TWO SEPARATE LIVING ROOMS - ONE FOR YOU AND ONE FOR THE KIDS OR ANOTHER COUPLE! MAIN FLOOR: master with king bed, deck access, ensuite with Jacuzzi tub and shower, USB chargers & outlets on bedside tables; living room with floor to ceiling windows showcasing sweeping long-range mountain views, 55" flat screen TV, Blu Ray/DVD Player, fireplace, kitchen and dining area, and 1/2 bath. Deck with grill, dining table, fire pit, rockers and adirondack chairs stretches across back of home to soak in those amazing mountain views. LOWER LEVEL: bedroom with queen bed, ensuite, and USB chargers & outlets on bedside tables; living room, 50" flat screen TV, Blu Ray/DVD Player, and sleeper sofa. Enjoy the same mountain views through two sliding glass doors in the living room and one sliding glass door in the bedroom. Both the living room and bedroom have access to patio area with seating to enjoy mountain views. ALL PAVED ROADS TO OUR HOME.
Located approximately 15 minutes off of I-40, we are 33 miles from Asheville, 20 miles from Lake Lure, and 18 miles from Black Mountain. Conveniently located to the Blue Ridge Parkway, Chimney Rock, Lake James, Linville Caverns, The Biltmore House, and Montreat.

Breathtaking Views!
We were awestruck the moment we walked through the front door at the layered mountain view. The winding drive up the mountain was worth it! You will not be disappointed. Plus the owners have provided a well-stocked kitchen as well as bathroom essentials. They provided driving directions to Lake George and the Waterfall in the Gateway community and also nearby towns, which were very helpful. I wish we could have stayed longer. It was hard to leave.

Wonderful time in the mountains!
My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. My brother-in-law has mobility issues so the master bath walk-in was a life saver for him. Everything- furniture, appliances, kitchen supplies, bathrooms, etc- were well maintained and comfortable. I highly recommend these accommodations!!

Our mountain getaway
We chose this house largely because of the view out the living room windows and from the deck but the entire home was a joy! The beds were very comfortable-we slept very well! The kitchen was very well stocked. The home owner Michelle was available and communication was easy. Although things we chose to do were an hour drive or so (Asheville, Biltmore, Hiking, Grandfather Mountain) it was well worth it to enjoy this home!

Beautiful View!
We enjoyed our honeymoon week staying at this beautiful cabin. The huge windows and ample deck, as well as the patio below gave us plenty of options to drink in the view of the surrounding mountains. We also really appreciated how easy it was to access the front door from the driveway — just a couple porch steps is all. Thank you!

Mountain Escape
This property defines relaxation. I work all the time and it is always hard to find down time. On this vacation, I sought to do just that - relax. Bring a good book. Get by the fireplace. Turn on some nice tunes and enjoy the view - especially at night. And the stars...oh my! It is a great place to hit the reset button. My family and I will be returning.

Wonderful home and property, house had everything we needed and more! Perfect for our family of five. Fantastic view and atmosphere. Home is in a very nice gated community. Traveled with a Chrysler Town & Country van and had no issues getting to the location. Only 15-20 min to the closest store, local brewery (Hillman's...be sure to visit!), and the highway. Communication with the owners was top notch. Would love to stay here again.

We had originally planned to tour the Biltmore estate during one of the two days we were here, but one look at the gorgeous mountain view upon entering the house & we decided to just stay put! Enjoyed the late fall colors and sunny days. Bed was comfortable, towels were thick, nice touches like pottery decor and beautiful nature photography taken by homeowner.

This is a wonderful house with a spectacular view! My whole family had such a good time enjoying the deck, fireplace, games, and nearby activities. The care and thoughtfulness that the owners put into making their house special and comfortable was evident throughout the process and property. Our young children are already asking us when we can return. Even with a couple days of rain we had so much fun being up in the clouds.

If you’re thinking about booking, do yourself a favor and go ahead and book! The mountain view with the lake is absolutely incredible. Views aside, the house is very clean and well equipped with everything you need to feel at home during your stay. The house was very clean and the mountain views were fabulous. The house had everything we needed for our stay and we enjoyed making pour over coffee each morning. The neighborhood water fall was beautiful with the afternoon sun shining on the falls. The long and winding road was an experience especially at night but well worth the drive. As a bonus, we saw a bear with 2 cubs and several turkey. Thanks for sharing your house with us.

Very well equipped house w an insane view. It was the perfect place to unwind and relax and was a great jumping off point to many hiking/biking/brewery’s. communication w owner superb, ease of instructions was perfect! Saw a beer… used my Epsom salts in the whirlpool tub was great too after long hikes! We grilled and drank wine and lounged at night. They have dish satellite but we also brought our ROKU. WiFi worked great and was able to work a couple days from “home”. Have Verizon phone and signal was ok w a few exceptions but stayed on WiFi so that helped.
